I will start by saying that I rarely post any type of reviews, whether they are good, bad, or indifferent. However, after reading a very scathing review of my attorney on this site, I feel it necessary to reverse roles and come to his defense. I do not know the situation or the person who wrote the ...negative review, nor do I care to. Not to sound insensitive, but if you are in a position that you are potentially facing life in prison, something tells me that you are probably not known for making good, educated decisions. I do not take recommendations and referrals lightly. It should also be noted that I historically have not had many nice remarks to make about attorneys. I had previously never had to hire a lawyer. I guess you could say that I fell victim to believing all of the negative clichés about attorneys (devious, shady, ambulance chasers, etc.).
