I hired Dean Burnettilaw firm after personal injury. I broke my neck . I spent 4 years trying to get this resolved. I went through 4 different legal assistants. Had to explain to all 4 about my case. They barely returned any calls, emails, texts. A couple of times they thought I was another client .... They got my information mixed up several times. I see poke with Mr Burnetti on a Friday afternoon, he said an agreement had been met and he would call me that following Monday with the details. Several weeks went by, just before the limit of time for my case was I g I t a notification my case had been dropped. I made several calls , no answers. I never received the settlement. I too decided to hire this attorney because he seemed like an honest Christian. I will forever have hardships from my accident, including financial. He did nothing for me.

I chose this lawyer because of the Christian values advertised and his smooth talking. I was in a car accident 100% not at fault with a perfect driving history and a good insurance policy. The person that hit me had a 100k policy and this lawyer settled out giving me a check for 3k after 3 years of h...aving to call his office with no call backs. I had to finally start going in person to receive my lowsy 3k. My medical bills were 8k in total that he failed to have negotiated down. I attempted at one point to obtain a different attorney but was advised I would still owe Mr.Bernetti for a third of whatever the new attorney settles for. I may have still been better off. Mr. Bernetti did not fight for me and I seriously doubt he'll fight for you. If you do chose to hire you'll see exactly what I mean. Never returns calls, always on vacations, misses appointments, gets the worst settlement possible. I live in pain everyday and cannot afford to seek proper treatment. My body will never be the same. I've been cut short on life at a young age and no one can be held accountable now.
