Tim Sulllivan was very personal and professional from the start. Mr Sullivan did not treat you like a case # and was vert respectful. Tim has been an amazing attorney throughout my entire process, which was dragged out because of who I hired before him. Tim was always honest and clear, communicated with me throughout it all. He got me bail and out of jail when I wasn’t suppose to get bail or ROR. He got a volition dropped that is r...idiculously hard to do. He’s worth every penny and then some. I wish I had hired/ found him first and he would of made it a lot better from day one.

Tim Sullivan is an absolute miracle worker. He navigates the judicial system like he was born in a court room, seriously! In a case where I blew a .188 and was on camera he managed to not only get my DUI down to a reckless driving but also keep my license throughout the entire process. We pushed this... case all the way to the day of trial litteray right before the trial started he was able to talk the state into a plea deal. Even when things didn't go his way Tim fought hard and intelligently in order to seek the best outcome. When things don't go the way he wants it he begins to attack things from a different angle which is what I loved. In Feb. 2018 I was denied a passport due to a 30 year VOP felony arrest warrent issued in Florida, that I was unaware of. Living in Michigan and planning on attending my sons wedding at the end of May in France, this was obviously very stressful to say the least. With very little time, I hired M...r. Sullivan in March. On May, 17th the warrent was cleared and probation terminated, without leaving the state of Michigan. A few gray hairs later.. Happy Ending! I obtained a same day passport the following Monday and 4 days later I was on a plane heading to France for my sons wedding. Words can't describe the outstanding job Tim Sullivan did with my second dwi charge. I blew a .19 for the second time in 6 years and I thought my life was over. Tim won the DMV hearing so I got my license back within a week and then he filed a motion to suppress evidence (my breathalyzer results) and... we won. The state dismissed my case completely. He is a very knowledgeable lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone.
