I would give Tim a 10 star rating he delivered on every thing he said he was going to do. From getting me hardship license in less than one week to having my DUI charged dropped to reckless driving . Every step of the way Tim and his Paralegal Christina kept me well informed of what was going to happ...en next . Being a seasonal resident this was done while I was 1,315 miles away only had to go to court once for final judgement. Mr. Sullivan is the ONLY attorney to represent you. This was my 2nd DUI. This DUI also involved me hitting a car. Mr. Sullivan worked diligently and professionally representing me. He is an expert with laws! Mr. Sullivan was empathetic with my situation, but, does not sugar coat the facts and ...the law. He was able to get my probation cut in half. He requested that the judge allow me to go on a pre planned out of town trip. That request was granted. My court date went smoothly as Mr. Sullivan explained everything that would happen in the court room. Knowing this information allowed me to stay calm. I worked with Mr. Sullivan years ago. I had a simple felony case that I was pretty much guaranteed to get PTI from since it was my first offense. Sullivan was not reassuring and I am writing this review because I was going over old emails and was shocked at how rude he was. In one email that my pare...nts sent pleading for him to help me get off PTI after a year and a half (it was only suppose to be 6 months) he had the audacity to email back I AM helping (in all caps.) This was my first experience with a lawyer so I didn’t even fully grasp how incompetent Sullivan was until later but even after nearly two years on PTI, I was only able to get off because I insisted on going to court and the judge made the prosecution provide the paperwork they kept “losing.” Sullivan did nothing to remedy this or help move my case along. Simply chastised a terrified 19 year old girl and her parents that paid many thousands of dollars for your “work.” You either get to be rude or incompetent, not both.

In regards to Mr. Sullivan and his team, their work is fabulous. My family and I were deeply impressed. His expertise in a courtroom is much more than formidable. Tim told us not to worry about anything. From beginning to end, he never dropped the ball. His awareness and familiarity with the courtroo...m is outstanding.
