Tammi handled every detail and was very professional. She & her assistant were very good at communicating every step and made it easy for us. We felt genuinely cared for. Since we live out of state, they helped us set up a video conference for the court hearing for finalization which saved us money, ...time, and the stress of traveling. She called Tammi and Tammi dropped everything to come to the hospital within a couple hours so our birth mom could sign paperwork and go home. I remember Tammi showing up in jeans and a pullover shirt because she didn't expect to be working with clients that day. This spoke volumes to us and our birthmother. Anytime Tammi was called out of town she always had plans in place in case we needed her and made sure we were "good" prior to her leaving town.
