We worked with Tammi to adopt our daughter. It was our first adoption and our daughter's birth family circumstances were a little unusual. Tammi did a wonderful job of (1) navigating through the process; (2) keeping us informed and reassured; and (3) coordinating with our daughter's birth mother to... keep her informed, as well. Tammi responded to us promptly when we had questions and we never felt rushed - Tammi always took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly.
