Sean McQuaid is a Mensch of the First Order. He gets the Job Done.

Sean McQuaid and his staff helped me through a very difficult time and resolved my legal issues quickly and in my favor. According to Leo Rosten, a mensch is "someone to admire and emulate, someone of noble character. The key to being 'a real mensch' is nothing less than character, rectitude, dignit...y, a sense of what is right, responsible, decorous. The term is used as a high compliment, implying the rarity and value of that individual's qualities.

OUTSTANDING LAWYER

I t is hard to express my gratitude for this outstanding lawyer which I was privileged to know. He worked tirelessly on my case which spanned for 7 long years .His skill and and tenacity of getting of over numerous motions which took us from city court up to U.S.Court of appeals for the 11th Ci...rcuit and a ruling from the Supreme Court of Nebraska Also on my team was STEPHEN WEIN AND TIMOTHY WEBER, and to the outstanding staff of BATTAGLIA ,RUSS ,DICUS and SEAN MCQUAID.

Sean helped me fight my insurance company

I was tremendously injured in an automobile accident. I felt as if my life was in shambles. A friend to whom I am forever indebted to suggested I retain Sean Mcquaid. I must say I was initially reluctant to get an attorney. I thought I could handle everything on my own.
