These lawyers wantetd a big payment up front and a over $500. every two weeks I paid the basic sum and recievd an excellent letter that had been to ICIC, a rental company noting the mold violations for which I was suing. ICIC asked for a brief delay,to which I agreed. Then, NOTHING!! I called several... times asking for a consult, a synopsis of what mightr happen, a plan, a strategy, documentation, ANYTHING! I got nothing but rude quips from Charles and sickeningly patronizing comments from hnis father, Chip. I realized after 2 months, that this could go on forever with nothing happening. When I did not send the next payment, they finally stated initiating calls. I was harrassed and threatened by Chip, who played on my stress They made what I considered to be extreme measures to get me to pay more. Having contaced 2 other lawyers, they both told me I had been scammed and said I needed to report them. One even gave me info to do this. I also read on other rating sites that others have experienced similar horror stories from these same guys. Why are thje allowed to continue to practice?
