Federal case

It’s such a relief. Every step of the way Ms.Goldman & her assistant Chloe been there to answer every question & give me realistic answers dealing with my federal case. The prison time I was looking at got cut down compared to the time I was actually facing. From 41-51 months to a year & a day. Felony Drug Charge

I was arrested a year ago for a felony possession amount of marijuana. A friend of mine who was also arrested for a possession charge referred me to Summer. She responded to all of my emails and calls in an incredibly timely manner. I NEVER felt like I was out of the loop through the entire course of... court hearings (even when Summer was out, Maribeth would respond on her behalf). Every question I had, she answered thoroughly; if she didn't have an answer, she would reach out to whomever and get back to me with an answer. Both, Summer and Maribeth have lots of connections across the state with various judicial entities; This helped out in my case immensely! Even when the State wanted to give me the max penalty for my first charge ever, we were able to fight it and have everything reduce to a 2 year Pre-Trial Intervention contract. I completed all the requirements from PTI contract in the matter of about 7-8 months, contacted Summer as soon as that happened. Summer was able to use her contacts and have my PTI contracted dismissed way earlier than expected. I am now working with Summer to get my record expunged. Both, Summer and Maribeth had genuine interest on the outcome of my case. I would highly recommend Goldman Wetzel Law Firm to anyone!

Extremely Satisfied

The very first time I called Summer, I was able to speak to her right away and tell her my situation. I knew right away that she was the one I could completely trust and help me with my case! I cannot begin to express how thankful and blessed I am for the help of Summer and her paralegal, Kristen. Su...mmer always kept me informed of what was going on so I didn't worry and she got my case completely dropped! A Rockstar of the Legal World

Earlier this year I received the shock of my life when I opened up a letter from the Department of State. I was expecting to see my brand new passport, which I had renewed several times before, but instead I received notification that my application had been denied because I had a nearly 20 year old... warrant out for my arrest in Florida. I had not lived in Florida for many years, and for some bizarre reason the warrant never came up, and I had no idea it even existed. This was really disturbing for me, as not only were the charges completely false, this legal matter was seriously hampering my livelihood, which, in part depends on international travel. I had no idea what to do or who to turn to, and after doing some research I came upon Summer Goldman, at the Law Offices of Goldman Wetzel. Let's just say it was my instinct, which I always trust, but I just knew Summer Goldman was the lawyer who could help, and I was completely correct. Right from the beginning communication was easy with Summer, and her entire team. I actually got through to Summer right away, and she clearly answered all my questions which gave me confidence that she was highly competent, and my case was important to her and that I would not be put on the back burner. Every time I had a question, or needed a clarification, Summer and her team were always prompt and clear about what I needed to understand. An overzealous prosecutor dragged out my case far longer than was necessary, with delay after delay, which was a really horrible thing to go through (the not knowing what is going to happen part), but Summer really went the extra mile to bring a favorable resolution to my case. In fact, it's not an exaggeration to say that Summer worked some kind of magic with a very bogged down legal system full of red tape. She knew exactly who to talk to, and what common sense arguments to make to resolve my case. I believe the prosecuting attorney even called her a 'miracle worker', with his head sunk in defeat, which I have to admit was a very satisfying moment for both Summer and I. Perhaps the prosecuting attorney was just doing due diligence to his job, but he was really barking up the wrong tree on this case, and Summer was able to bring some sensibility and reason to the entire issue. So, as I type this today, I just got the green light to re-apply for my passport, and I am excited to move on with my life and put this whole experience behind me. If you need some legal help I highly recommend Summer Goldman, and the entire staff at Goldman Wetzel. They resolved my case without it going to trial, and I consider them rock stars of the legal world. Thank you for doing an amazing job!
