I hired Seth after I was arrested in FL (btw the laws in FL are a tad extreme...battery charge for flicking a cigarette at someone.) I live in Philadelphia, so I thought it was going to be an aggravating process. Seth managed to keep everything under control down in FL without me leaving the state, w...hich I was very grateful for. Not only that, but he and my lawyer in PA managed to keep me on the program I was on for a different case (previous DUI) which was a true blessing. Thereafter all of the court hearings, my battery charge was dropped to a disorderly conduct. I was not convicted of the crimes because Seth managed to have the judge allow me to plead no contest which basically means that the judge does not convict the offender of the crime but withholds everything.
