i was very lucky that Mr Tischhauser took the time to answer my legal question, not only he very knowledgeable in the practice of law. He was very patient with me as I try to rewrite the law so that it works in my best in my favor. I have learn so much from Mr. Tischhauser. He is not like most of th...e lawyers that have no patient in explaining how the law works and what would be in my best interest. He did not make me feel intimidated, nervous or frighten. Last year my family and I were in a rear-end accident where a another driver hit us. Mark was more than helpful. He showed up to my house to drop off the paperwork and to go over the case and any information we had at the time. He worked extremely hard to get us everything that we deserved, giving us... the advice we needed along the way. Now, unfortunately for me, he is working on my second car accident case where someone hit me again. He called me as I was getting checked out in the hospital and reassured me that he would do the best he could again on this case and to make sure I was ok. I have been more than satisfied with his service. He is an honest person and doesn’t hesitate to give you his experienced opinion. I’m hoping I don’t get into another accident but if so Mark will be my first phone call.

Mr. Tischhauser was quick to respond to my inquiry and kind enough to really talk it out, even though I hadn’t hired him. And trust me, I had questions and concerns for miles. He explained several options and recommended I protect myself with council, which I have since done. In case anyone forgets, ...lawyers aren’t here to caudle us. You’re hiring someone to fight for you, not hug you. Mr Tischhauser is honest, knowledgeable, and to the point, which in my opinion are exactly what we as the general public should look for in an attorney.

Told me he is an atty and he knows what he's talking about in other words because i'm not a lawyer i know nothing. He made judgement and wouldn't listed to the true facts. He wouldn't listen when i tried to explain something he would talk over me in a very unprofessional arrogant manner. He never ans...wered the question i had about my situation only made an arrogant assumption of false facts he created and not the true facts in regards to the situation i'm in. He very rude and hung up on me. Wow very unprofessional and rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but he didn't have to treat us in that way as we are in a bad situation dealing with others lieing and also making threats of bodily harm wasn't able to discuss any of this as he wouldn't listen he just wanted to rant and he did.
