Mark returned my call today from my intake survey. He gave me honest feedback and for most people the truth is denial. He held me accountable, but gave me insight to what I need to be looking for from my opposition. Fiery man, intense, forthcoming and I wasn’t greeted with the selective feel-good ele...vator pitch. But if you listen to the man – he knows the law, has strategic insight, and offers good advice. He sees his work as binary as do I. Don’t mistake his confidence with ego. I was able to return the rhetoric and he respected my facts, not my speculation, conspiracies nor my opinion. He offered for me to call him about my resolution but didn’t take my case and told me his reasoning. I wasn’t offended nor upset. Mark spent 30-40 minutes when he didnt need to spend 1 minute. And I appreciate Mark being himself.
