As referenced in a later positive review - the poster's comments were focused on the belief that I rudely "hung up on him". In fact, we were simply disconnected for some unknown reason, but presumably to the bad phone connection. This was after we spent about an hour, for free, trying to address what is a VERY complicated and involved landlord/tenant controversy. Unfortunately, as the poster came to realize in our second conversation, many of "the facts" he wanted to discuss, and over which he was understandably irate, were simply not germain to resolving the legal issues presented. Fortunately, I think we were ultimately able to get the poster to better understand the legal circumstances that he was confronted with, unpleasant as they may have been, and moving forward with a better plan for resolution of the issues
