Last year my family and I were in a rear-end accident where a another driver hit us. Mark was more than helpful. He showed up to my house to drop off the paperwork and to go over the case and any information we had at the time. He worked extremely hard to get us everything that we deserved, giving us... the advice we needed along the way. Now, unfortunately for me, he is working on my second car accident case where someone hit me again. He called me as I was getting checked out in the hospital and reassured me that he would do the best he could again on this case and to make sure I was ok. I have been more than satisfied with his service. He is an honest person and doesn’t hesitate to give you his experienced opinion. Upon consulting with this attorney, he was extremely rude and close minded. Did not try to listen or emphasize with my situation at all. Instead of listening, he spoke AT me. After reading these other bad reviews about him, I quickly realized that I was not the only one who's experienced this from hi...m. Much like the long story book replies he's left following other negative comments about him - this is how he treated me during my consult. He's very condescending. I decided to look elsewhere for representation. I do not recommend this attorney.
