Mr Shah was a not only a phenomenal representative, but also a hugely supportive figure and reliable individual. He went above and beyond his “regular” responsibilities. Mr. Abhi would respond to texts at odd hours if I ever found myself in need. He consistently reassured me even when I was dejected... and pessimistic. Upon first consulting with Mr. Shah he explained the case thoroughly and to the point.
