Every time I spoke with the lawyer he did not know any of the details of the case. He would recite "facts" that had nothing to do with my case. When I questioned him, he would find that what he was saying was incorrect in each and every conversation. My case sat for months until it the four years wer...e nearly up then he was in a rush for a quick minimal settlement. If I did not ask about how my medical bills would be covered and if I had to reimburse my auto and medical insurance carrier, they would not have gotten a letter waiver.
