I would highly recommend STOPA Law firm. I hired them initially because they were one of the first to contact me, by mail, with a very professional and comprehensive pamphlet of their services. I followed up with a review of their website (which I found to be informative and gave me a sense of conf...idence in their work) and then called them. They were very helpful with my initial concerns/questions and worked with me on payments for their fee. Throughout they have been helpful in answering brief questions and concerns. I just recently renewed an annual contract with them. I recommend you read the website and Mark Stopa's blog to get a sense of their efforts.

I realize that he had a misconduct mark against him but he apparently diligently fights for this clients, which is what I want. His rates are also within the fair ballpark. Realizing there are 5-6 hours of work for the year his rates are within the realistic $250 - $300/HR range as opposed to other a...ttorneys - when you figure it out they are actually charging about $1,000/HR which is totally rediculous

I hired Mark Stopa in 2010 to represent me after having a previous attorney, who I was not happy with in how he was representing me. Today I am still in my house thanks to Mark. It has been 6 years and Mark has helped me to stay in my home now, which has helped me greatly. I went through an unfortuna...te time 6 years ago when I lost my job, and the bank was not willing to work with me, but thanks to Mark, he has given me the ability to stay in my home and get back to work. Mark is a great lawyer and I recommend him highly to anyone that needs one.
