Unfortunately i have to agree with most of the low reviews given to this Attorney. I hired him as a last minute for my divorce Trial. He botched it so badly. Talked me out of going into Trial and rushed to get a settlement agreement that gives my ex husband 70% share of sale proceeds of our jointly o...wn marital home which leaves me at a disadvantage to find a new home for me and my children. He didn't even mention any assistance for my children who has long term disabilities. Now my ex husband is gloating to our mutual friends that my Attorney was an idiot and folded against his pit bull Attorney. I now wish I had listened to the reviews on here not to hire this Attorney.

Obnoxious and cocky and unprofessional. The communication is few and far between he would go several weeks without communicating with me and then drop a random email. Talks a big game during the consultation, but when it’s time for litigation, he sides with the other party and makes excuses as to why... it’s not possible to win the case.. Also, when I hired another attorney, she told me that she has taken several of Josh’s clients because when its time to to go to trial, he quits.

I contacted Josh & told him I wasn’t receiving my alimony but not sure of what was paid or owed. He took $1,200 and looked into absolutely NOTHING. I got years of bank statements but when I asked if there was a way to tell what was and wasn’t paid & he said yes so I then disregarded my massive pile o...f bank statements since he told me he could find out. The day before court his helper called asking for bank statements and that scared me a lot because he obviously wasn’t at all prepared. I asked Josh specific questions pertaining to my case & he told me it was fine. Now because of his negligence I’m going to be $5,450.00 in the hole All the blame was put on me because apparently I was supposed to go to the courthouse and get the information that no one told me to do but they swear they did but never did. This is the absolute worse lawyer and lawyers office I’ve ever heard of. If you want to loose money you don’t have & want a lawyer who wants to do nothing at all except blame you then pick this guy for the job. So because he did nothing I’m ending up owing my ex money & paying for my ex’s lawyer which by the way was half the price of Josh & his lawyer actually did their job.
