Although represented by Robert M. Geller, clients understand that they may have another attorney attend their 341 Bankruptcy hearing. So it was our good fortune that Attorney Frank Papa attended our 341 hearing. This happened during COVID-19 when the courts were closed and business was only conducted... using ZOOM, technology that we had never used before. A 341 hearing can be a bit scary because you don't want to say or do anything wrong. Frank Papa talked us through it. However, it was during the ZOOM that we were asked if we had used a Debt Relief Company before filing our bankruptcy and we had, but we made it clear that we were very dissatisfied with that company.
