Divorce and Alimony Defense

I can honestly say that the outcome of my divorce and alimony case was better than expected! Jon Hackworth personally handled my divorce case and he did an excellent job of preparing for the mediation, which was handled in only three hours, at the first meeting. Beforehand, he set me up with a share...d folder, where I could send him documents and proof to show where my estranged wife was doing just fine and did not need alimony. He was always conscientious at advising me on how to keep my legal expenses at a minimum. With my consent, he went a step further to subpoena financial records to reflect her true situation (that did not match her financial affidavit). I think it actually blindsided her attorney, to show that she was not in need of any type of alimony. For me, with two children (from a previous relationship) in need of my financial support to get through college, an alimony liability would’ve been devastating. My whole family and I are truly relieved. I would definitely recommend Jon Hackworth to anyone else!

Mr. Hackworth goes above & beyond...

Mr. Hackworth and his team were invaluable in assisting me understand my options, and ultimately receive the most favorable outcome possible in my case. Not only did he promptly respond to myself, and my concerned mother, in a timely manner regarding any questions we had. Mr. Hackworth was a gladiato...r before, throughout, and even after my case was resolved. He made multiple court appearances on my behalf & always fought to ensure justice was served. Mr. Hackworth was the Mickey to my Rocky, without his help I would have never been able to reach a victorious end to my legal obstacles.
