I would say that Elliott Wilcox would be the best choice to represent anyone who has been arrested for a DUI. He is very knowledgeable, personable and caring. I refused to take the alcohol breath test but performed field sobriety tests. However, I was still charged with a DUI. Elliott was able to neg...otiate a plea deal which resulted in no permanent loss of license, no conviction of any charges, and no adverse affect to my insurance rates. Elliott was with me the entire way through my probation period and answered any questions I had when they came up. He made me feel comfortable with my fears and I would recommend him to anyone charged with a DUI offense.

I have got my first ever DUI in July 2023 and don't know who can support me legally best to get out of my situation. In the process of my DUI back in 2021, he took care of everything in the background while I was given the opportunity to continue on with my life... as normal, which took a load of stress off my already stressful day to day life.
