I was arrested for DUI with property damage and a second DUI above .16 . I could have been charged with both but Elliott got the judge to drop the second one. He did a great job and I felt very assured after talking to him that he has done this plenty of times before. Excellent DUI lawyer.

Exceeded more than I thought possible in the beginning

I could not have asked for a better lawyer to have handled my case. Mr. Wilcox was very professional and let me know from the beginning what the potential outcomes could be and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decisions. I was a nervous wreck in the beginning thinking my life ...was going to be altered forever. Mr. Wilcox helped me to calm my self and keep focused on doing the things I needed to do to get through this case with as less stress as possible. DUI Lawyer

Elliott Wilcox helped me get through all the process of the DUI and got me to the Veterans Treatment Court. Thanks to him my case got Administratively Dismissed. I am very happy with the results. Im on my way to getting everything Expunged!!!
