We are completely satisfied

Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK. ... The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family. The thing that also stands out is how hard he worked for us in getting our claim settled for the amount he said he was going to get. This review is not to make things all about the final amount by any means, but to know that we had someone representing us, that was not backing down from the other person's insurance company was so appreciated and the exact reason you hire an attorney. There was never a time that he was not confident in how things would settle. He always gave us the confidence that things would work out, and that we would be made whole again. And that is exactly what he delivered. There was not a time during the entire year plus, working with Brett and his firm, that we felt like we were "losing" or that things were not going to go our way. He even battled our doctors offices and physical therapists that were trying to over charge for services. He saved us THOUSANDS in medical bills. Once again, just confirming that we had made the right decision in retaining Brett and his team. We could not have gotten the outcome we did if it was not for Brett, his team and everyone that was a part of this. He is relentless in his pursuit of your best interests, your care and that he is delivering on his commitments. We would recommend them to anyone.

Easy and Stress free

I was in touch with Kulpepper/Kurland the day of my acident. A representative from the office was at my home the next day (Sunday). Everyone I came in touch with from the office was very knowledgable and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and very confident that I made the right decision. Mr.... Kurland helped me personally when it came to dealing with the insurance company by conducting a 3-way confrence call. At that point, I felt like I was his main priority and not just another client on the phone. I can honestly say that every staff member is truly a professional and as far as I'm concerned, they are second to none!

A Lawyer You Can Trust

Attorneys were like car salesmen to me, many would say and do things that, to me, just were not in the client's best interest. When I got hit from behind while stopped by someone driving fast and simply not paying attention, I knew my care would take more than a bandaid and would span over time. I ...knew that I needed someone that would ensure my needs would be met. I wanted someone that my doctors trusted. I wanted someone that I could trust. The firm of Culpepper/Kurland was recommended. I was immediately assigned to one of his team members. Not only were my medical needs met, my personal needs were met. When I had a question, I was immediately connected to my case manager. If she could answer it, she did; if she could not, she got with Mr Kurland and called me back. I could email at any time and would receive an immediate response. I was kept calm, cool, and collected at all times because of their level of professionalism and caring. When my medical needs exceeded the limits of the insured, he and his staff immediately went to bat for me and had it resolved before I had time to worry. I simply cannot think of one thing that Mr Kurland and his staff could have done to make my unfortunate situation easier on me. I knew I had a friend in Mr Kurland. That smile is genuine, not like many you see. I trusted him with my well-being and, therefore, that of my family. He did not disappoint me. Thank you Mr Kurland!

Bogan/Horner-10.23.08

I like so many people thought the "at fault driver's insurance" would be responsible for all the bills. I now know they only pay for all the repairs to the vehical and provide rental car, if you are injured you have to go through your insurance and they only pay 80% of all bills up to $10,000. The... victim is responsible for the other 20% and we have to go after the "at fault driver's insurance", our insurance company does not represent us unless we are the "at fault driver". That is when I knew I needed a lawyer, one of the women I work with recommened Culpepper/Kurland and I made the call. From the moment I contacted the law firm I was given immediate attention and someone came to my office to make it easier for me give nformation to my case and sign up for them to represent me. They immediately sent out "letter's of intention" to all the doctor's offices and MRI facilities so they knew they would get paid so I did not have to worry about the bills coming in. I was also very pleased on how professionally all the staff was when I made calls or sent emails. I always got a pleasant receptionist and advised quickly if my case Manager Angie would be available or would need to call back. If she was handling another call she resonponded back promptly and always made me feel the Mr. Kurland and the staff were working on getting this handled. I had no intention of getting a lawyer, always felt I could work things out and be compensated fairly, I was injured the end of October and did not seek an attorney until the end of February. After all I've been through, it was a relief to know I was not handling this all by my self, Iwould have no hesitation recommending this law firm. My deepest gratitude to all their staff, but especially to Angie McDuffie and Mr. Kurland, I never deamt it would be handled so quickly and exceeded my expectations. Sincerly, Linda B.

HIGHLEY RECOMENDED when all fails give Brett Kurland a call....

I have seek other attorneys, they gave me no time. I was in a major automoble accident and Brett Kurland was there! He took my case and it was completed within less than a year! Brett Kurland had not only fight for my rights and collect from one party, but two partys! Angie his staff is wonderful an...d keeps in touch with you through your case. Hospitals, Insurance companys, and other victioms has contacted me but when I spoke of Brett Kurland name they stopped calling....
