Amazing attorney

What Mr. Kurland was able to do for me has been life changing. I was hit by a drunk driver in 2012 and suffered agonizing back pain. His lawfirm (especially Angie my case manager) was amazing. Recommending a physician for me to see who has helped me tremendously. They kept me up to date with everythi...ng that was going on. The settlement that Mr. Kurland was able to secure for me has inusured that my medical bills are taken care of and that financially, I don't have to worry anymore.

Peace of Mind

After I was hit by another driver here in Florida, my husband and I immediately called Mr. Kurland's office and sought advice as we were new to the area. From start to finish, our claim was handled professionally by all staff involved, including Angie McDuffie our Case Manager. I did not have to st...ress over the details of the case and this was a relief because I was seeking medical attention and dealing with enough. The staff and Mr. Kurland really came through for me and my family and I will definitely recommend him to any and everyone in need of an attorney!

DETERMINED AND PERSONAL

A Lawyer You Can Trust

Attorneys were like car salesmen to me, many would say and do things that, to me, just were not in the client's best interest. When I got hit from behind while stopped by someone driving fast and simply not paying attention, I knew my care would take more than a bandaid and would span over time. I ...knew that I needed someone that would ensure my needs would be met. I wanted someone that my doctors trusted. I wanted someone that I could trust. The firm of Culpepper/Kurland was recommended. I was immediately assigned to one of his team members. Not only were my medical needs met, my personal needs were met. When I had a question, I was immediately connected to my case manager. If she could answer it, she did; if she could not, she got with Mr Kurland and called me back. I could email at any time and would receive an immediate response. I was kept calm, cool, and collected at all times because of their level of professionalism and caring. When my medical needs exceeded the limits of the insured, he and his staff immediately went to bat for me and had it resolved before I had time to worry. I simply cannot think of one thing that Mr Kurland and his staff could have done to make my unfortunate situation easier on me. I knew I had a friend in Mr Kurland. That smile is genuine, not like many you see. I trusted him with my well-being and, therefore, that of my family. He did not disappoint me. Thank you Mr Kurland!

Aggressavie and Tenacious beyond a reasonable doubt

Mr. Kurland and his staff helped me and my daughter with an auto accident where we both sustained minor injuries. They made sure that we received a fair compensation for our injuries once we completed our medical treatment. I recommend Culpepper Kurland to all my family and friends.
