Highly recommend brett kurland

I was involved in an accident that required me to be transported by ambulance to a hospital. I was hit from behind while stopped at a stop light. I was in alot of pain and I sustained numerous injuries. The day after the accident, the other persons insurance company gave me a hard time about my renta...l car. they kept harassing me about giving statements, ect.. i decided to see if i could find an attorney to take over all the calls and help me. I asked friends for a recommendation and the law office of culpepper and kurland were the top recommendation, so i called them. They came to my house to speak with me the next day. Immediately after hiring them, the phone calls and harassment stopped. They took care of everything. I went to all the different doctors appts i needed and inevitably i had to have surgery. They always showed concern and were sympathetic to my situation. All the stress was taken away and i was able to concentrate on healing and getting better. The office staff and colleagues of brett kurland are amazing. They would call just to see how i was doing and if i needed anything. they were always extremely pleasant and genuinely concerned. They always kept me in the loop as to where the case was at. Brett fought for me and ultimately was able to get to a settlement that i was extremely happy with. I would highly recommend brett kurland and his law firm for all your needs. They are amazing and i thank god for my friends recommendation that brought them to me!

Great Experience !!!

It was a great experience with this firm. I was hit by a drunk driver and my car was total loss. My whole family was injured (4 people) and this attorney firm were exceptional and really helpful. They got the ball rolling for my whole family and got right to work with my case. My case was handled ver...y carefully by the attorney "Brett Kurland" and transition from start to end was very smooth. Fantastic communication process and very straightforward. Case was completed in just 4 months without any headache. I see the quality of work at every aspects whenever needed. Just experience once and you will find all these qualities that I personally experienced. Thank you!!

Brett Kurland A trusted Lawyer

Brett Kurland changed my whole mindset on lawyers!!!! He truly is a man that wasnt all about the money I had had a bad accident that in the end had left me not able to work and in the midst of it my husband had decided to leave me and Brett was very concerned for me as a person. He worked diligently ...on my case, if ever I called to talk to someone they were always available he did not make me feel like I was just another pay check. I could never explain to him how truly thankful and grateful to him. He will never know the depth of my gratitude. I would refer him to anyone. I was a truck driver so I always heard of how the attorneys were against truck drivers but he did not judge me he took my case and he won every penny. He had many obstacles four different cases in one and he handled everyone of them with determination keeping me in mind through it all. Every step of the way they keep me informed they called me to give me updates. It was not an overnight process it took time but from the very start I was told that it could take a year or two as to give me an option as weather I wanted to hire them or not. And I am so glad that I did. I would say to any truck driver or truck driver wives before you make a decision on an attorney make sure you consult with Brett because I dont know any other attorney (though I had experience with some work comp attorney") but I know that when your world is turned upside down that your case is one less thing you have to worry about because you can bet that he is working diligently with you in mind threw the whole thing. You can rest on just having to deal with the other things that come along with the accident. I pray that I would never need another attorney but I would not think twice about hiring him again. Just to tell you about my case a little I went through the windshield of a dump truck. It was not my fault I got no tickets and by the grace of God I survived. And through this trauma I was forced to try to find an attorney, and while I had broken collar bone, cracked ribs, lost of heavy bruising, shifted spine, trouble breathing he checked on me just to find out about me. His assistant Angie was also wonderful. I could just go on and on but long story short if you are looking for an attorney I would highly recommend Brett Kurland, the add you see on T.V. about attorneys his proved to be true, He was 100% concerned for me and about me. Brett Kurland did not fail me in any way and I feel like he stayed honest with me threw the whole process. So all I have left to say is if you are looking for a attorney make sure you start there because I truly believe at that point your search will be over!!!!!!!!! Love him for all he done God Bless him!!!!! BIG THANKS BRETT YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!! Also a big shout out to Angie Thank you!!!!! Semi vs Chevy.

Nov 11 2015 730pm a semi goes across 3 lanes of traffic and a 15ft median and pulls right in front of my chevy without stopping. He cut the lanes at an angle i never saw him. Ran right into his cab. Completly destroyed my chevy but i lived. Didnt walk away but counted my blessings. I looked on Avvo a...nd saw Mr. Kurland here and hired him the next day. 6 months of physical therapy and im still having to do daily stretches for mobility. Brett kurland fought for me. And he kept me in the loop at every turn. Always letting me know what was going on. Once it got to the negotiations he spoke to me directly and personally called me to find out how things were going. I am fully satisfied with the money he got me and my family. I strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer who will fight for you.
