Mr. Pazienza always made me feel my questions and input were welcome regarding interactions with a disgruntled shareholder. The shareholder was also a contracted as management employee with the responsibility of outside business development. He talked big but ultimately brought little to the table,... created absolutely no value and needed to be dismissed. He always explained the pro's and cons of each potential course of action.
