Awesome Man

After working with a much advertised and large law firm, I changed and gave my keys to Joe Landy of Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, PLLC. He is an awesome man and an awesome attorney. He fought for me on his own because in the midst of the case I lost my husband, not to mention my world and my san...ity. He won my case without having to file a lawsuit and having to go to court. I would and DO recommend him to anyone.

Accident

I was very impressed with my attorney Joseph Landy for his experience and knowledge of the Law process, was very easy and quick.His firm was very helpful in whole process of my case. After my wife died at the hospital, I did not know where to turn. I did not know how I could possibly care for my sons, and I wanted to know what happened to my wife. Thankfully, an attorney I knew referred me to Joe Landy. He was able to prove that my wife died due to medical malpractice, and obt...ain a recovery that will take care of myself and my kids for the rest of our lives. I cannot say enough about Mr. Landy's legal skills and his kindness. He treated us like family. He is the best.

A Superb Lawyer

In June of 2017, my 92 year old mother was hit by a car in the parking lot of a church where she played bridge. The accident ultimately took her life. Even though I worked initially on the matter, I knew that this case was beyond my expertise and it was just too personal for me to be effective. ...The law firm of Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Joe Landy took on the case personally. He never overpromised or underdelivered. Joe and his paralegal treated my two brothers and me with respect and always promptly responded to calls and emails. Being a lawyer, I may have over-scrutinized issues and perhaps tried to micromanage. But Joe always patiently answered every question I had. Over time, we developed a very warm and positive relationship. In fact, Joe was so honest and personable, I started calling him the "fourth Cooper brother," or "Brother Joe." Joe was particularly sensitive to the issues surrounding the special needs of one of my brothers. He went out of his way to effectively communicate with my brother and to address his special needs. Joe eventually settled the case and far exceeded my expectations in hammering out a very beneficial settlement. Consequently, I highly recommend the firm of Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, and Joe Landy in particular.
