Amazing lawyer!

Joeseph Landy is not only an amazing lawyer, but an amazing person. My case had ups and downs and he was right there through it all. His response time to my calls and emails was unbelievable, even after hours. I really can't thank him and his team enough!!

Attorney Joseph B. Landy

I have had dealings with attorneys in the past, professionally, as well as personally. The attorneys at Lesser Lesser Landy and Smith Law Firm totally made me realize, like everything else, that one should judge on an individual basis, not a blanket assumption. A lawyer you can trust

I can't say enough about Joe Landy and his staff. I was in a car accident and was hit from behind. Thanks to Joe, I won my case. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was reachable whether it was during the week or weekends and gave excellent advise. He explained what was to be expected and was there eve...ry step of the way. He even met me at a doctor's appointment. I unfortunately had to use Joe's services on two occasions. He is someone you can rely on.

Superior Dedication & Service

Our beautiful daughter was in a fatal car crash in May of 2021, she had recently turned 18 and the accident she was involved in had a total of 4 vehicles, it became very clear very early that we would need representation, even before our daughter's funeral. I did not want an "ambulance chaser", we ne...eded someone that would be by our side the entire way. I got to work looking through the Florida Bar list of Board Certified Lawyers and contacted Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith. Mr. Landy contacted me the very next day and that is where Mr. Landy took the wheel for us. He and his paralegal Jessica were compassionate, professional, prompt, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. They communicated every step of the way. He won the case for us!
