Wrongful Death Law Suit

From my initial contact with Mr. Landy and his law firm, I felt sure I would have the best legal representation available. He went "above and beyond" and proved to be an amazing champion for me with my "wrongful death" legal case. I never felt like a "case", but rather a real person with a real iss...ue that could be resolved only with the most expertise legal counsel. Closure

Joe did a great job representing me in accidental death case for my father. He made me feel at ease with how he took me through the process and how he handled how he presented my father and who he was. Definitely someone you want to have in your corner and would highly recommend.

Honest, Compassionate and in the business to help people. Mr. Landy's priority is his client's health.

I am a criminal defense attorney. As an attorney myself, it is hard not to control my own case but each area of the law is a specialty and I am grateful that I relied on Mr. Landy. He was incredibly kind and patient. Throughout my case he was an advocate on my behalf and ensured that I was taking car...e of myself. It is hard when you work long hours to remember the importance of self-care. Mr. Landy did his part to take time out of his schedule to remind me to make appointments, check-in on where I was in my treatment, and provide me with detailed updates. I never waited more than 24 hours for a return phone call. In my experience as an attorney, I have met my fair share of personal injury attorney who are in the business for the wrong reasons. Mr. Landy is not one of those people. He truly wants what is best for the well-being of his client. It is not about the numbers; it is about your health. Mr. Landy prioritized my health and recovered maximum policy limits.
