My Son had a slip in fall in a Walmart, we were referred to this law firm, at the beginning seem very attentive and responsive, the attorney assigned to us Aaron Neffield, told Ricardo to refuse an offer to settled for 90,000 claiming that was peanuts that they can get more. After two surgeries and a...lmost 3 years they said judge threw out case, then he said he would appeal, all these conversations are in text, because my Son called him several times with no response. Today he gets a call from another lawyer in same law firm, informing him that Aaron no longer works there and asking him to sign a waiver to not be held responsible for the medical debt he’s in. They did not try to appeal in his behalf as he was told. My son was mislead by Aaron not accepting the 90,000 and now he’s injured, been unemployed and with bills.
