Out of State DUI Handled Effortlessly

Steven and his assistant Anthony helped get my out of state DUI handled with ease. I had so many issues with the other state (TN) but they were able to help me get my FL license back. As a healthcare professional I need a drivers license, not public transportation, to get to work in a timely manner s...o it was really important to me to have this resolved. I felt listened to and respected every time we had contact. His team got back to me within 24 hours every time I reached out either email or a phone call. Professional, helpful, and worth every penny. Thank you guys, I appreciate what your team did for me.

Criminal Attorney

I hired Steven Bell to represent my son who got arrested for a DUI. My experience with him was the best yet with any attorney that I ever dealt with. It was a Sunday when I called him and he immediately responded quickly. After the thousand questions I asked him he was very patient with me and gave ...me step by step what to expect. Not only was he incredible his staff was always there to help guide me in any issue we had. The case was settled in a timely matter with amazing results. No criminal conviction and DUI was dismissed. Steven Bell at Meltzer & Bell in West Palm Beach is an Attorney that I would recommend highly to anyone looking for the best representation! Astonishing Attorney

Steven Bell is much more than a life saver. I came to him with quite a complex case. One major misdemeanor and a major felony that I was looking at a 5 year prison term for. Once retained and hired, I've felt the comfort of having the greatest attorney as my counsel. He was with my every step of the... way. Steven was able to get me a deal I never thought would be an option. One year house arrest and two years probation INSTEAD OF 5 YEARS IN PRISON. Steven was also obliged to a payment plan with me as I was in a tough spot financially. Never once did he demand money from me and he was also very understanding if I needed to miss a payment or have it lowered because of my financial situation. I took my Plea Jan 22 2019 and to this day, I am in close contact with Steven about my case. I am in the danger zone of getting a probation violation for not completing the required counseling in the time frame I had from my DUI but Steven has wasted no time and is taking care of this matter for me. No matter how big or little the problem may be, Steven quickly pursues what he needs to for his clients. I have zero stress about my legal situation with Mr.Bell by my side. Whether it be 1am or mid afternoon, I know Steven is there to help me in the upmost professional and diligent way possible. He is always a phone call and text away for me. I have zero stress in regards to my legal situation because I know I am being represented by the best. I highly recommend Steven at Meltzer & Bell, P.A. I am highly disturbed to read the slander that Michelle has written. It completely flabbergasts me that someone would write something so distorted about an immaculately brilliant, caring, understanding, diligent and DAMN AMAZING attorney such as Steven. Counsel that cares

After being charged with multiple felony drug offenses (one month apart from each other) I received a call from the public defenders office alerting me that the state was trying to revoke my bond. After that call, I knew I needed private counsel, and I knew they had to be the best. When I called Stev...e’s office initially to say I was lost, and scared would be an understatement. Mr. Bell met with me that same day. He calmed me down, and assured me that he would do everything he could to resolve my cases as quickly, and “painlessly” as possible. He kept his word. Steve kept me informed and updated. He also checked in with me to make sure I was upholding my end of the bargain, and completing any tasks that I had to do on my own that were necessary to strengthen my case. Long story short, Mr. Bell not only kept me out of jail, but had BOTH of my cases completely resolved within two weeks of me retaining him as counsel. Furthermore, the out come was only probation, with adjudications WITHHELD. Steve is a kind man, with the patience of a saint. He responded to me almost instantly, no matter how small or silly I thought my question to be. Steve made me feel human, not like a criminal. I have the upmost gratitude to Mr. Bell, Matt, and the rest of his office for all of their help. If you’re looking for strong counsel that truly cares, look no further.
