Being a member of the legal community myself amd having over 10- years of courtroom expeierience in Criminal law I have to say with all honesty, Ms. Newmark is the "TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN" when it comes to civil litigation. Her courtroom and area expierience made 3 of my ex spouses attorneys resign as... counsel. The Judge appeared to be very impressed with her knowledge of Family Law. If you want an attorney that will not BS you but will deliver Tracy Newmark is the "A TEAM."

I have just under $1000 in non-refundable attorney fees with her, that will be just a waste of money. Although she ultimately got done what needed to get done, it ended up costing me more money in the long run, with the retainer fee. It was always days, sometimes even weeks, before I got ANYONE to ...return a phone call or email. There were days at a time when nobody answered the office phone many times throughout the day. They were very quick to respond in getting my deposit and sign the agreement, but after that, hardly no communication at all.....unless I sent several emails and left several messages expressing my frustration. I sent one email asking questions about the safety conditions of the child we were in dispute about....never even got a reply.

Tracy, is the true warrior lawyer you want in your corner, she will fight like no other, I have worked with a few lawyers, but she is by far the best! She knows her laws inside and out and will NOT BS you about what you are looking at, she is an extremely quick thinker and will make other lawyers ...look like children about to cry. I have used other lawyers that charged more and had more plaques on their walls than anyone else but they are all show. ONLY thing is that she hard to get a hold of but she will be there where it counts

I agree that Tracy is real hard to reach. But the people at her office always were very helpful. Tracy is real good at what she does, she stepped up to the plate at that courtroom. I had never felt so protected and so good in a long time. Tracy had all her resources and information at hand, my ex hus...band's attorney even feared her, and convinced my ex husband to quit while he can because they were going to lose the case. I recommend Tracy to anyone and everyone.
