A very pleasant experience with no stress whatsoever. This was my first ticket in many years and all I could focus on when I received it was the frustration of being cited on that particular day. After receiving the advertisement in the mail, I headed over to their office (conveniently located to... me, by the way) and spoke to one of the representatives there. I explained my situation and after a small discussion and payment for services I was finished and on my way within ten minutes. I received notification congratulating me on my dismissed ticket less than a week after my pretrial conference. My thanks to Unger & Kowitt for their prompt and professional service. I have used this firm on several occasions and every time the outcome was the same. The ticket was dismissed, I didn't have to appear in court, I didn't need to attend Driving School and there were no points assessed to my drivers license. Who could ask for more?
