Unger and kowitt got my speeding ticket dismissed even though I was prepared to pay 2 to $300 in fines as long as I did not get assessed any points on my license. So relieved that Kevin Unger had gotten my traffic ticket dismissed. I was livid as there is a speed trap on Federal going north at the War Memorial.
