Highly recommended family lawyer

I am very pleased with Cindy Vova and her staff’s legal services. In the most difficult time of my life, Cindy provided me with professional and compassionate legal advise. This past year started with an unexpected separation which caused intense emotion. Cindy, along with her staff, Anne and Maria...m, welcomed me and listened to me. Cindy helped me put my emotions aside and make important decisions to protect myself and my family. She told me what my options were and what to expect through the entire divorce process. She and her staff were always available when I had questions or concerns. Finally, Cindy communicated professionally and timely to all the legal procedures and maintained a fair and amicable atmosphere during the entire process. I have heard of other lawyers who delay the cases to rack up fees and this did not happen with Cindy Vova. She proceeded as quickly as possible but with careful review of all documents, so I felt her fees were fair and appropriate. She fought for my rights but she respected how far and how hard I wanted to push back against the other party. For me it was money well spent to know that my divorce was handled properly and respecting my wishes. I have recommended Cindy to several friends who are considering legal action in their marriage and she has provided clear and concise advise to them as well. I will continue to highly recommend Cindy Vova to any friend or acquaintance that needs family legal help.

Absolutely exceeded all expectations

I have worked with Mrs Vova for family law and she has absolutely been the most informative professional lawyer I could have possibly hired. Her top priority was always the well being of my children and I've never felt in the dark during any aspect of our dealings. In court and outside Cindy has show...n the utmost in professionalism and efficiency. Her staff is completely on point and made what was a very stressful situation for my family as comfortable as possible. Even after our case was finished she continues to be available for questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Cindy Vova to anyone in need of a family law lawyer.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Compassionate

Cindy Vova is truly a unique family law attorney. She sincerely cares about you and your family. She made the most difficult time of my life as painless as possible. She truly cared about making sure that I understood every step of the process and all possible outcomes. Cindy made sure I didn't get ...consumed in the minor details. She didn't let me waste money arguing over silly things and worked to resolve my case as quickly as possible. I was able to make informed decisions with her guidance. She made sure that every detail of my marital settlement agreement was addressed, even aspects I would never have thought necessary. The office staff was very professional and responsive to anything I needed. In the courtroom is where you really see Cindy's expertise. She is clearly a seasoned lawyer. She is a zealous advocate, prepared and expertly argued my case. I have and will continue to recommend Cindy to anyone who needs the best lawyer for family law matters.

Family Attorney Who Cares About Family

My ex wanted to move out of state with my son. Before I hired Cindy I thought the judge was siding with the relocation. Cindy put her heart into my case and the judge did not let my ex take my son away. It is easy to tell that she really cares about her clients and their children. And she really... tries to resolve cases before going to court, but if that doesn't work, she gets the job done in court.

Hiring an Attorney ? Look for someone that won't Rip You Off. Cindy's Fair, Honest, Smart, Strong, and has Integrity.

Cindy Vova has been both my family and business attorney for almost fifteen years now. She started out just by handling my divorce, but once that was completed, I knew this was the type of attorney I wanted working for me. My divorce was not an easy one either, and my ex went thru three different at...torneys at the time. But no matter who Cindy was up against, she was quickly able to prove our point and get both the other side as well as the judge to side with us. She was a great negotiator, and always kept the Big picture in my sight, and thoroughly explained every step along the way, and always keeping my children's best interest in mind. She was tough as nails when she had to be, and could right the best letters of anyone I ever knew. Yet the way she was able to talk to and negotiate with everyone involved, allowed us to settle in my best interest, and with the final outcome in my favor as well. With her help, not only did I benefit in a Big way from my case, but I was also able to win back the trust and confidence in my children, which to me was the biggest win of all. Today, almost fifteen years later, Cindy still handles all my other business and family maters. She is always there whenever I need her, and if she does not know the answer, would always find it out for me. I always felt she treated me fair and with the upmost respect, and never did I feel she took advantage with her fees. Knowing I can call her for a quick question and be able to speak to her when I need is huge for me. Knowing I'm not getting wacked with a bill every time, is even better. I've recommended her to several friends, and every one of them were happy with the end results as well. Other friends that went with someone else, have told me they wish they had listened to me, and that it cost them twice as much with someone else. In my business, nothing is better than a recommendation from a past client. When someone does good for me, I'm happy to tell my experience.
