Permanent Alimony revision

I contacted Cindy to assist in reducing my permanent alimony payments due to a reduction in my earnings. She was very professional and helpful and was able to cut my payments in half. She was very strait forward and truly had my best interest in mind. I would recommend using Cindy for any of thes...e types of needs as she is absolutely the best!!

Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and honest!

Cindy Vova was recommended to me by the husband of her former client. He said he wished he'd hired her..and not because she was a shark, but because she was always on top of the case and really cared about their kids. When I hired her this was all true in my case. She fairly assessed the situation..., did not make false promises, and tried to get the case over father than drag it on and run up fees. She also informed me of recent changes with alimony that my Husband's lawyer was not aware of. Not only was Cindy great, but her associate, Penny and paralegal, Kathy were on top of my case all along. If you want a lawyer who cares about you, your kids and your case call Cindy. I highly recommend her.

I always strive to treat each of my clients with the utmost compassion, which stems from having passion for family law. Going through a divorce, paternity action or any matter involving children is not easy. Always one step ahead....

Cindy helped me get an order so my wife could not leave with our daughter out of the county/state. She always stayed one step ahead and made sure all the correct actions were taken throughout such a difficult and complex process. Its clear that Cindy is an expert in Family Law and can be trusted. ...I was unable to afford counsel, she has helped me gratuitously to navigate my divorce. Experience Matters!

Excellent Family Law Attorney

Wish we would have found Cindy Vova earlier!

Prior to working with Cindy Vova's office I had another lawyer for a simple step-parent adoption case. After a year of working with the other lawyer, she told me she could no longer manage my case. My husband and I began scrambling looking for a new family lawyer in the area that would hopefully be a...ble to get the job done soon before the signed consent from the other parent expired. After meeting with 3 lawyers in the area,Cindy Vova's office blew us away. They did their homework before our meeting, which showed us they were about business, so we signed our retainer agreement at our initial consultation. Within 6 weeks of signing our agreement, we had our final hearing and were able to FINALLY have closure on our step-parent adoption case. Some of the things that really stood out about Cindy Vova's office versus others we have interacted with include transparency about cost/billable hours, professionalism, and attention to detail. Overall, the office was very helpful and got the job done, which is what we were looking for. I wish we would this office earlier to avoid the wasted time and money with our initial lawyer.
