Best attorney of all time!!! 3 felonies, 2 misdemeanors ALL DROPPED IN 36 HOURS!!! The Best...

Last month I had the unfortunate situation of being falsely accused for domestic violence. My ex-girlfriend, who struggles with alcohol abuse, was coming off a 3 day alcohol bender. After going on a drunken tirade of yelling, cursing and disrupting the neighborhood I finally asked her to leave. She... told me if I made her leave she would call the police. As I was walking out the door she was on the phone with 911 telling them I beat her up and threatened her with a gun. It was so ridiculous that I didn’t take it serious… until the police showed up with guns pointed at me. I was handcuffed and thrown into a police car in front of all my neighbors. I couldn’t believe the police just blindly took my ex-girlfriend’s story without questioning any of the lies she told about me. Still, I was not overly worried as I was confident somebody with common sense would realize her story was a complete fabrication. I was completely wrong!! They believed every word she said and kept me in the county jail for 3 days. I don’t need to tell you this was an unpleasant experience. When I was finally had my initial appearance I was horrified to learn I was charged with 3 felonies and 2 misdemeanors, including Domestic Battery by Strangulation and Assault with a deadly weapon. My bail was set at $35,000… I was in a panic. I decided to hire a local lawyer who was a former prosecutor. Over the next 10 days this lawyer would only talk over the phone, was always too busy to talk, and never returned any of my calls. I called the lawyer on a Saturday to discuss something important and was told not to bother him/her on the weekend I knew I made a mistake. I began immediately began researching lawyers and found Robert Malove, the greatest lawyer of all time!!!!!! He took my call on a Saturday, during which, he listened to my entire story and told me exactly what he would do and laid out a strategy moving forward. He spoke to me on the phone for hours and even had a follow up call the next day on Sunday. I could not believe the difference between Mr. Malove and my prior attorney. I immediately started to feel better and finally felt like I had someone in my corner fighting for me!!! After reviewing the documentation Mr. Malove come to the conclusion my ex-girlfriend’s story made no sense and was full of holes. With complete confidence Mr. Malove developed a strategy. He sat down with me and went over every detail of the police report, pointing out dozens of contradictions in her story, as well as, the various mistakes made by the police. Mr. Malove was fully confident he could expose all of these lies and contradictions during a sworn deposition. He would essentially lock my ex-girlfriend into her side of story, which he would then be able to pick apart during my trial. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt about my future. Mr. Malove had ALL OF THE CHARGES DROPPED WITHIN 36 HOURS of me retaining him as my attorney. From being wrongly accused, having my ex-girlfriend tell lies about me, to having the police lie about me (and yes some of them will lie), to be arrested, thrown in jail, etc., to having all charges dropped within 36 HOURS of meeting him??? This is the most amazing lawyer I have ever seen. I can’t say enough good things about Robert Malove. If you get into any trouble at all… JUST HIRE HIM!!!!!! In conclusion I cannot thank MR ROBERT DAVID MALOVE and his staff enough for their professionalism and integrity. His law office mission is HELPING PEOPLE DEFEND THEIR FREEDOM AND GET THEIR LIVES BACK ON TRACK AND THAT”S EXACTLY WHAT HE DID!!!!!

Best lawyer ever

My experience with Mr.Malove ‘s service was nothing short of amazing. I needed a restraining order and he did just that. I’m super grateful for everything he has done and will definitely use him in the future if need be and recommend him to everyone around me. As a civil lawyer I know how important it is to get a specialist in the legal area that you are dealing with. When a valued client was wrongly arrested on domestic violence charges and resisting arrest, we hired Mr. Malove to assist him because I do not practice criminal law. Mr. Malove and his ...staff provided above-and-beyond service, explaining the process along the way and providing a sympathetic ear and knowledgable guidance. Mr. Malove was on the phone with us on multiple occasions over a weekend, texting and answering questions. Every time we called him he answered the phone personally and answered all questions. He was knowledgable, compassionate and effective. He not only knew the law, but was able to explain it in an easy to understand way, and also explained the strategy behind certain decisions. I was able to observe him in court and he had a professional, quick thinking and effective demeanor that the judge responded to. Because of this he was basically able to get one of the charges dropped at the first appearance. Throughout the case Mr. Malove remained responsive and engaged despite handling numerous other higher penalty cases. In the end, all the charges were ultimately dismissed against my client because of Mr. Malove's expertise and his reputation in the legal community. There was no doubt in my mind that the prosecutor did not want to proceed on an iffy charge against such a powerful adversary. *Mr. Malove's paralegal/intake person was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable as well, as was his office staff. The intake person/paralegal returned our initial call within minutes and put us directly in contact with Mr. Malove on a Sunday morning. He was extremely compassionate and knowledgable in his own right. * Mr. Malove also worked within the confines of the restrictions in place due to Covid, and worked with the alleged victim (who never wanted to press charges and told the officers they were mistaken in making the arrest) to obtain an affidavit from the alleged victim that lead to the dismissal of the charges.

I started looking for a lawyer due to my dv arrest. I will tell you that my experience with Attorney Robert Malove was outstanding.
