Perseverance

If you are looking for a criminal drug attorney, I highly recommend Robert Malove. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Malove and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to my son's drug case. Stressful and scary situation handled quickly and professionally

While visiting Florida from out of state, I ran into some trouble and picked up a felony drug charge. What I had on me was legal in my home state, but not in Florida. I reached out to Robert and he and his team quickly assessed my case. They gave me insight that saved me from making some big mistakes... in the legal process- this was my first charge and I was basically clueless. After hiring him as my attorney, we went to court and got the best possible outcome (probation). I believe I would be in a much bigger mess of a situation if I never hired Robert and his team. They are great with communication, especially his assistant. I highly recommend Malove if you are in a situation like mine.

One of the very best in South Florida

Mr. Robert D Malove is one of the very best lawyers you can find in South Florida. He is not all about how much money he can get from his clients but truly cares about his clients well being and getting the best result on the case. I found David after having a running with the law, I was facing serio...us Felony drug charges and after many years in active addiction David was an angel sent from heaven. When I first stepped into his office I though we were going to sit down and discuss my case, like I have done with previous lawyers, but his first words were "We are going to save you from this disease" we spent some time talking about my addiction and how it had affected my life and then we got into the details of the case. David put me in contact with one of the best treatment centers in Florida told me to go take care of myself and he would take care of my legal problems. After 4 months of delegations David got all of my charges dropped but most important of all he saved my life and today I am a better Father, husband and son. Thank you Mr. David Malove for all of your efforts God bless.

Excellent Attorney

The "VERY BEST" attorney I've encountered! Sadly, I have had some experiences with other attorney's, privately paid and public defenders. I retained Rob for my son's cases. He had 2 separate, very serious cases, in 2 separate counties. Needless to say, at first I got caught up with the "no call back,... no answers, not enough time for you" attorney and a paper pusher public defender. Until I was referred to Robett Malove! My son had a first violation on his probation and a second violation on community control, both due to drug use. Both in two separate counties, with the prosecutor trying their best to drag it out and play hard ball. But Rob, his firm and Carlos were in top of it all, including a nerve racked (probably bothersome) Mom! I am so thankful for their expertise and patience! My son and I are very thankful and grateful for the results they got for him! ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever! Rob definitely knows what he's doing! And most importantly stays a step ahead by knowing the system and how they work! You won't be sorry if you hire Rob to be on your side!
