Felony- 4th Offense DUI within 10 years

One of the most AMAZING men I have ever met as a person and a lawyer. In August of 2015 I was arrested on a felony (4th) offense DUI charge within 10 years AND driving on a suspended license. Being new to FL I did not know who to contact for representation. I was given Rob's name by my bail bondsman,... who strongly recommended him. The same day, right after I left the bail bondsman's office, Rob took the time to meet with me and discuss my case, but before any case talk, he wanted to know about me and how I was doing (sensing my fear) in a very sincere manner. After discussing my case, Rob did not sugar coat anything and let me know the severity of my crime (prepare for the worst, hope for the best), honesty I would rather have than false promises and later disappointment. Immediately Rob guided me on what I should do, not just to ""help" my case, but to help myself and my addiction first, blunt enough to let me know the drinking thing wasn't working for me, yet genuinely concerned for my well-being. I followed his advise and went into an inpatient treatment and began attending AA meetings. The sentence for my crime was looking at 18 months or more in prison, which I just assumed I should prepare for, that there would be no way around it. I was SO scared I would literally lose everything if I went away, I thought my life was over. Rob was not willing to settle for that. He moved mountains and worked with the prosecutors fighting tirelessly in my defense. My case continued until May 2017, although that may see like a long time, Rob knew what he was doing (as he would say "that's what you hired me for"). He made sure all resources were exhausted and in that almost 2 years worth of work, unlike some lawyers, he never charged me another dime. During that span of time, Rob kept in contact with me regularly, and mainly to see how I was out of genuine concern. And any time I needed to reach him, he made himself available and if he wasn't he would answer and tell me he'd call me back or text me, and HE DID. He always made me feel at ease and I knew I could trust him to get the best possible outcome for me. I thought the best possible outcome would have been a lesser jail sentence. Little did I know what best outcome meant. On the day I went to court to resolve my case, I was prepared to serve jail time. That day Rob pled for a downward departure (less severe sentence) the prosecutor finally agreed to 1 year of house arrest and probation. Yet again, in COMPLETE AWE, Rob got them to agree to no jail time, 6 month house arrest (no ankle bracelet) and 3 years of probation. I NEVER in my wildest dreams thought this would be the outcome. A MIRACLE I left the courtroom without handcuffs. Today I still see daylight, can go to work and I can sleep in my own bed every night. It didn't happen overnight but Rob made it happen. Rob, as an attorney, kept me out of prison, as a great guy convinced me to save myself from addiction. He said in the very beginning "this isn't the end, it is just a new beginning", he was right. There cannot be enough THANK YOUs to justify what Robert Malove did for me. I don't even know the words I could possibly use to express my GRATITUDE and all he asked in return was for me to keep my end of the deal staying sober and be honest with him. I will forever be in debt to Rob for having the chance to live life right and not behind bars. God forbid if you are ever in my situation , but if you find yourself there I VOTE ROB MALOVE for representation, hands down the best man to have in your corner. You will NEVER regret it. Not only is he very well respected among his peers and the courts, he has ALL my respect someone I would always want on my side.

Outstanding Work!

Dear Robert, Thanks again for your outstanding work in this case. When we first talked about I didn't think there was much hope. It was a truly desperate situation, and I was just going forward on determination. But you were able to arrange things so that we could cancel a deal that I had been mis...lead by another attorney into signing. I was ready to start all over and risk going to jail in order to fight the charges. It turned out that you were able to get them changed to something I could live with, and more accurately reflected what actually happened. It was really a much better outcome than I was expecting, and I can't tell you how relieved I am. I've been so impressed by your diligence and professionalism, also that I could reach you when I needed to. I wish I could go into specifics, but keeping things quiet has been the point all along. I know many other people are in a similar situation. They have a legal problem that they need resolved efficiently and dependably, because the stakes are so high. Maybe they did something wrong, but not what they have been accused of, and because of one mistake things have gotten totally out of hand. They need someone they can depend on, not a lawyer who will take their money but who doesn't know what they're doing, or doesn't care. Without a doubt I would recommend you to anyone in this situation. I've had good lawyers, and I've had bad, and I know you're one of the best. Thanks again, and all the best. D.

Successful DUI Defense

I couldn't be happier with the represention provided by Mr. Malove. He is professional and leaves you feeling confident that you are in good hands. His experience is evident in his navigation of the legal process. Not long after my charge, I moved out of state and Mr. Malove represented me remotel...y. This was scary because I expected my attorney to "forget" me. This couldn't have been further from the truth. He and his office diligently kept me abreast of progress and made it feel like a connected partnership. In my case, he devised a strategy that slowed the proceedings to create an advantage for our defense. He also meticulously exploited errors and ommissions by the arresting officer. His strategy worked. The judge threw out all of my charges. I couldn't have been more happy with Mr. Malove and his work. He's also a very likebale guy too!

Robert Malove - the first step to getting your life back on track

Our legal ordeal began almost a year ago. It caught us all by surprise. At that moment, we were not even sure what it all meant since we have never had to deal with the legal system before. However, we were trustful that our legal system would see beyond the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was... not the case. The one thing that made this entire experience bearable was our family’s closeness, our trust in God, and our attorney, Robert Malove. From the beginning, Robert was engaged, committed, and saw the big picture. He had a clear vision of the situation and was able to pass that vision to us. Although not easy to grasp, he made sure we fully understood our position and options. Robert gave us the confidence that he was on our side and that things will end up working out for the best. Despite the fact that it was difficult, we knew that we could rely on one thing and one thing only and that was Robert. Additionally, Robert’s staff was also extremely helpful most specifically, Julie Lurie. Julie is the most responsive individual we have encountered and it is clear that she truly cares and loves helping others. It seems as if Robert handpicks his staff to ensure they are a true extension of himself. This is exactly how we felt about Julie. We could address our concerns to either one of them interchangeably and always got the same positive response and guidance. We could continue providing everyone a glimpse of how an attorney such as Robert could help you in difficult times, however, no one can say it better than our son so here it is in his own words, “Robert has been more than just a lawyer during my life-changing experience. It is not every day you meet someone who not only is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job but is also willing to build a relationship with his clients. Robert becomes your friend, mentor, and a caring ‘family member’. His constant confidence and mentorship helps create a positive vibe at all times during the case and you will always feel like things will get better. His results are always what he promises and he does all of this with a smile on his face.” If you are in a position that requires legal representation, do not hesitate to call Robert and/or his staff; believe us…that will be the first step to getting your life back on track.

2nd DUI, Possession Cannabis less than

Dear Reader, I would like to share my experience in hopes that it will help you make an important decision in this difficult time. I had gone out with a friend for a couple of drinks at a local bar, and I'm pretty sure now based onthings other things I have read online about him, this officer watches... people pull out of this bar and pulls them over for a made up reason to look for a DUI. So the officer says I was speeding, immediately sticks his head in my window and begins his pressure tactics. I tell him the truth that I had 2 beers and he asks me to step out and perform the road side tests. He uses several tactics to make me nervous, and confused so I look intoxicated, but despite that, I felt I performed well. Even so, he arrests me, and asks me to do the breathalyzer, which I refused because of my previous experience. I don't trust those things. So, I spend the night in jail, and the nightmare begins. Do I fight this? Do I have a chance? Will I just be spending more time and money? I decide that I'm right in this instance so I'm going to fight it, and begin looking for an Attorney on several websites. A few caught my eye based on area of expertise, years of experience, and reviews. So I chose Robert Malove. I called the number, and surpsingly, HE answered the phone, not an assistant or an answering service. He made me feel at ease, and I agreed to go in for a consultation, we went over what happened and he said he thought we had a good chance, but needed to see the video among other things to have a better idea. So I decided to hire him, after 2 weeks you lose your license from the DMV regardless pending a hearing with the DMV. After about 2 and a half months Mr. Malove went to the hearing to represent me and I thought there was no chance of winning it, that usually doesn't happen unless the officer made a mistake or something, but somehow Mr.Malove pulled it off, he called me and told me to go get my license, not a permit, MY ACTUAL LICENSE WITH NO RESTRICTIONS. Now prior to this I was getting nervous that nothing was being done, and I may have wasted my money and end up pleading guilty to get it over with, but after Mr Malove pulled that off, I decided to put my faith in him and let the chips fall where the may. Few months went by, I went in to watch the video with Mr.Malove, he said I looked fine so we're gonna fight it. A year went by, few more month's went by and I was hoping the court lost my case, but they didn't, and a date was set for hearing. Mr. Malove filed a motion to supress evidence, stating that I shouldn't have been arrested since I performed the tests well enough. After hearing the officer tell his side of the case, and the prosicuter give her statements, I thought again that I was doomed, but after Mr.Malove gave his cross examination, the judge ruled in our favor and the rest is history, without the video, they had no case, ALL CHARGES DROPPED. Hiring Robert Malove was the best decision I've ever made, other than marrying my wife of course!
