Robert Malove - the first step to getting your life back on track

Our legal ordeal began almost a year ago. It caught us all by surprise. At that moment, we were not even sure what it all meant since we have never had to deal with the legal system before. However, we were trustful that our legal system would see beyond the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was... not the case. The one thing that made this entire experience bearable was our family’s closeness, our trust in God, and our attorney, Robert Malove. From the beginning, Robert was engaged, committed, and saw the big picture. He had a clear vision of the situation and was able to pass that vision to us. Although not easy to grasp, he made sure we fully understood our position and options. Robert gave us the confidence that he was on our side and that things will end up working out for the best. Despite the fact that it was difficult, we knew that we could rely on one thing and one thing only and that was Robert. Additionally, Robert’s staff was also extremely helpful most specifically, Julie Lurie. Julie is the most responsive individual we have encountered and it is clear that she truly cares and loves helping others. It seems as if Robert handpicks his staff to ensure they are a true extension of himself. This is exactly how we felt about Julie. We could address our concerns to either one of them interchangeably and always got the same positive response and guidance. We could continue providing everyone a glimpse of how an attorney such as Robert could help you in difficult times, however, no one can say it better than our son so here it is in his own words, “Robert has been more than just a lawyer during my life-changing experience. 2nd DUI, Possession Cannabis less than

Dear Reader, I would like to share my experience in hopes that it will help you make an important decision in this difficult time. I had gone out with a friend for a couple of drinks at a local bar, and I'm pretty sure now based onthings other things I have read online about him, this officer watches... people pull out of this bar and pulls them over for a made up reason to look for a DUI. So the officer says I was speeding, immediately sticks his head in my window and begins his pressure tactics. I tell him the truth that I had 2 beers and he asks me to step out and perform the road side tests. He uses several tactics to make me nervous, and confused so I look intoxicated, but despite that, I felt I performed well. Even so, he arrests me, and asks me to do the breathalyzer, which I refused because of my previous experience. I don't trust those things. So, I spend the night in jail, and the nightmare begins. Do I fight this? Do I have a chance? Will I just be spending more time and money? I decide that I'm right in this instance so I'm going to fight it, and begin looking for an Attorney on several websites. A few caught my eye based on area of expertise, years of experience, and reviews. So I chose Robert Malove. I called the number, and surpsingly, HE answered the phone, not an assistant or an answering service. He made me feel at ease, and I agreed to go in for a consultation, we went over what happened and he said he thought we had a good chance, but needed to see the video among other things to have a better idea. So I decided to hire him, after 2 weeks you lose your license from the DMV regardless pending a hearing with the DMV. After about 2 and a half months Mr. Malove went to the hearing to represent me and I thought there was no chance of winning it, that usually doesn't happen unless the officer made a mistake or something, but somehow Mr.Malove pulled it off, he called me and told me to go get my license, not a permit, MY ACTUAL LICENSE WITH NO RESTRICTIONS. Now prior to this I was getting nervous that nothing was being done, and I may have wasted my money and end up pleading guilty to get it over with, but after Mr Malove pulled that off, I decided to put my faith in him and let the chips fall where the may. Few months went by, I went in to watch the video with Mr.Malove, he said I looked fine so we're gonna fight it. A year went by, few more month's went by and I was hoping the court lost my case, but they didn't, and a date was set for hearing. Mr. Malove filed a motion to supress evidence, stating that I shouldn't have been arrested since I performed the tests well enough. After hearing the officer tell his side of the case, and the prosicuter give her statements, I thought again that I was doomed, but after Mr.Malove gave his cross examination, the judge ruled in our favor and the rest is history, without the video, they had no case, ALL CHARGES DROPPED. Hiring Robert Malove was the best decision I've ever made, other than marrying my wife of course!

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Malove was GOD sent at a very precarious time in my life. From the very beginning until the end Robert Malove stood by the side of my family and I and was a blessing to have on my legal team, which consisted of himself and I. The start was shaky with indecision of taking such a case but ultimately Mr... malove knew wholeheartedly what his job and position was and as a one man army with GOD as his guide plunged into what was seemed like an eternity of work. I was charged with 2nd degree murder, Attempted 2nd degree murder and a firearm at a time when the state of Florida imposed the 10,20, life rule and when as now the justice system in America was/is bias. Never the less through his training, which was quite evident, and factual evidence, I was acquitted of all charges. His tactics and lawyer like attitude not only persuaded the jury but also bought closure to many things.

Robert Malove is more than just an attorney. He is a mentor. He will navigate you through your legal dilemma in a succinct and direct way. My case was complex. I found myself entangled in dangerous lies, a target of immense unreasonable hostility. Alienated from my child, I was subjected to unspeakab...le threats, deceit, and manipulation with the use of the police and the legal system. DUI case Hire Robert Malove

There are no words to express how traumatic it was to have received a call from our daughter informing us that she had been arrested for DUI .... After the initial shock we knew we had to hire an attorney to help guide us through a world we knew nothing about .
