Criminal Defense

The only thing more expensive than an experienced, knowledgeable criminal defense and litigation attorney, is an inexperienced attorney. Robert is truly an expert in criminal defense strategies, in and out of the court room. When one’s life, future, career, and freedom are at stake, you can’t affor...d a good attorney – you need the BEST of the BEST. I can’t go into details, but Robert saved my 18 year old son’s future from a stupid mistake and police coercion, as well as taking advantage of the fact he did not know his legal rights. As a result, my son is now completing his undergraduate degree and working successfully in his chosen career. I will forever be grateful to Robert – he literally saved my son’s future. Anyone today can find themselves being charged criminally – don’t kid yourself. Thank you Robert!!!

Falsely accused

I found myself in a situation I never expected, when my girlfriend decided to use the system to make false accusations about me to take possession of my home and belongings in order to justify her decision to end our relationship, steal my belongings, attack my reputation, and make my life a living n...ightmare. With the expert skilks, contacts, and understanding of the system and its shortfalls, the law offices of Robert Malove was able to navigate the entire process and see that this abuse of the system did not prevail. I could not have done it without them and am so thankful that there are firms out there like them to fight for the rights of the innocent and unjustly accused.

He gets it done!!

I’ve known Robert for years because he had helped a few people I knew with their court cases and did a good job. A couple of years ago I ran into a problem due to my substance-abuse and I gave him a call. I was looking at 3 breaking and entering charges and I was looking at a lot of time so I hired R...obert to help me. From the very beginning he was always available for me, and was very upfront with what I’d have to do. It’s been a long process but he has been there the entire way. I got into a program, and he kept me out of jail. Right up until the end when the DOC tries to ignore a court order to put me on probation, Robert was on the phone with the lawyers in Tallahassee after hours while I was at the probation office and made sure that I got on probation that day and not in the 3 weeks they were trying to have me wait. I don’t have enough good things to say about this guy. He kept me out of jail and just got everything done. I’m super grateful for all of his hard work because i would have been in jail. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer. Thank you for everything!!

Mr. Malove actually cares about his clients.

Robert Malove or Rob as my family and friends have come to know him, is in my opinion one of the best people you can have on your side when you are dealing with the court systems. Rob is caring, loyal, intuitive and HONEST! Mr. Malove has helped my family in so many ways, when it came down to the mos...t challenging experience we have dealt with as a family. My husband found himself in a bad situation and we researched and found Mr. Malove. We needed a lawyer, but we found so much more than that in Rob. From the moment we stepped foot into his office, he has been like a part of the family. After winning over our daughter, He heard us out and gave us a straightforward and honest opinion about our situation and we decided to put my husbands life and freedom in his hands. A decision we are grateful for each day!! Very Satisfied

Mr. Malove to good care of my case. I'm very happy with his services and his staff especially James Sebastiano. This was my first time that I need to hire a criminal defense lawyer and it was not an easy decision, lucky i've made the right one.
