Very Experienced and Professional Defense Attorney

Our family was in need of an experienced attorney to represent our son. Understandably, we were fraught with worry about our son's future as it was a first offense and due to his age. After searching online and doing due diligence, we decided on Robert. He has the years and knowledge of Broward and ...Florida State courts that made us feel at ease. After calling Robert, he quickly set up a meeting with us to discuss our case. He quickly put us at ease and told us, he would handle it from there. That was a great feeling when you have trust in your attorney. It takes loads off your mind about the situation. In the coming months, Robert and his staff took care of any calendar calls, updates, etc. We were kept apprised of each step of the process and in the end, Robert and his associate, Carlos, were able to reach a deal with the State Attorney's office to reduce the felony charge to misdemeanor as well as have another charge dropped. My son had no time, no probation and only made restitution. What a great feeling to walk out of the courthouse knowing it was all behind us! Thanks to Robert, his staff and associate attorney and their great work. As part of our agreement, Robert offers to have the case sealed in future with no added fee.

Robert David Malove is a prime example of what an excellent attorney should be

Robert David Malove is a prime example of what an excellent attorney should be. I didn't worry much with Robert on the case representing my son. He was able to get the charges reduced from DUI to reckless driving. He knows all of the ins and outs of his craft and is highly experienced. His staff ...is excellent, hard working support, for a common goal..to help you. He is a genuinely good hearted person that is straight forward and will tell you exactly what's going on. Glad I went with Rob for my DUI

My case is still ongoing but the most damaging evidence against me has already been defeated by Rob and his team today. Carlos, thank you for attending all of those hearings and helping prepare my case. I can finally stop thinking about multiple nightmare scenarios and focus back on my career.

DAVID AGAINST GOLIATH

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I write this review regarding my personal experience after retaining the legal services of Mr. Robert David Malove and his brilliant legal team which includes Mr. Carlos, Attorney at law and Mr. James, Paralegal, who were always there to answer all my ques...tions. In 2006 I found myself in a car crash in Broward County, Fl. Although, no one was hurt and the other party wanted nothing to do with the accident and told the police they just needed to go on their way and they did… I was arrested and charged with: No proof of insurance, Fail to display registration, Too fast for conditions, DUI Property Damage/Injury and REFUSE to SUBMIT BLOOD/BREATH TEST for a second time within a 5 year period; Charge which demands severe time in jail. I felt I was not at fault and hired a famous law firm to defend me. They charged me an enormous fee and treated me like trash. They were not able to close the case, as I refused to claim myself guilty as they were begging me plea. From that moment on my life went on a downward spiral. Gradually I lost my Assets and even my job. The case remained open for ten years. The firm went out of business and left 2 attorneys, (a man and a woman) to conclude the case. By the seventh year, the state suspended my driver license and put a $50,000 Arrest warrant against me. I contacted the lady and she refused to help me. The other attorney, a young man, charged me thousands more and then, disappeared without doing any work. Leaving me with no money and no license + the warrants. By the tenth year, finally, God heard my prayers and I found Mr. MALOVE through the Internet. I set up an appointment and from the very first visit he was very attentive and was also, very considerate with his fees. Within a few days of retaining his services, Mr. Malove, had the state remove the warrants; Within a few more days he got my license re-instated. I did not even have to go to the DMV office because his office handled all of it. Shortly thereafter he was able to conclude the case with a very favorable resolution for me. Nearing a miracle, he was also, able to keep me out of jail. For his great work, my family and I are forever grateful. When I first read the letter from the state, showing: STATE of FLORIDA VS ME; I felt that a GOLIATH was against me. But, I thank God every day for sending me a DAVID to fight for my rights... If you are looking for legal defense, I highly recommend with confidence, the Law offices of Mr. Robert David Malove. Over 2 years ago I got arrested for a DUI in Broward and after that my whole world came crashing down. In the beginning I did not think much about it since it was my first time being in trouble with law. Then I found out how serious a DUI is in FL, especially in Broward. I got some lawyer from the Ti...cket Clinic since that is who I went to, to deal with my small traffic issues in the past. After 7 months I got a plea deal that was still a DUI on my record and my lawyer told me he will not go to trial and fight for me because I had a zero chance in trial and I should take the deal instead. I did not take the deal and I looked for another lawyer to help me out and this time I did my homework. That is when I found Robert Malove. I came to his office, crying, hopeless, I was basically broken at that time. He told me he will do everything in this power to get the results that I wanted. My chances were very slim to get wreck less driving since I blew and it was in Broward. After months which felt like a lifetime, Mr. MaLove got me wreck less driving and words can not explain the shock and happiness I felt when I heard that. He was a great lawyer to me and I always felt comfortable talking to him like if he is a close friend. He was always honest with me even when it was bad. This is experience has been draining and life changing. Thankfully I got a second chance with the help of God, Robert MaLove and his devoted team. I am writing this not only to share my experience but to let anyone reading this that you are in good hands if you choose Robert MaLove and his team. They will not give up on you no matter what, trust me.
