Burglary with Battery

Rob and his team did a fantastic job in defending my nephew who was facing two charges of burglary and one included battery within 48 hours. these are serious charges under the law. Rob's knowledge of the law, his professional credibility within the legal system, and his relationships with judges an...d state attorneys, were crucial in the defense of my nephew's case. He was able to keep my nephew from serving many years in jail. Thanks to Rob and his team for a fabulous job. I highly recommend him and his team.

Robert David Malove is a prime example of what an excellent attorney should be

Robert David Malove is a prime example of what an excellent attorney should be. I didn't worry much with Robert on the case representing my son. He was able to get the charges reduced from DUI to reckless driving. He knows all of the ins and outs of his craft and is highly experienced. His staff ...is excellent, hard working support, for a common goal..to help you. He is a genuinely good hearted person that is straight forward and will tell you exactly what's going on. Wrongfully Accused of Domestic Violence

I was wrongfully accused of domestic violence and found myself in a position where my life could potentially be affected forever. Robert was awesome, he made me feel calm and assured me he would do his best to get everything dropped. He was able to get all the charges dropped in about 3 weeks, and ...is now in the process of getting my record expunged and sealed.

My Champion

On May 10, 2008, I was arrested on my 3rd DUI. I was not guilty! I was a single father and I had a really good, well paying government job. Five (5) charges in total were leveled against me. 1. Felony DUI. 2. Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test. 3. Driver’s License Suspension 1st Offens...e. 4. Failure to Drive in a Single Lane. 5. Running a Stop Sign. Subsequently, I was on probation for my 2nd DUI offense. Adding to my miserable situation, I violated the terms and condition of my probation. Adding an additional charge and a warrant for my arrest for violating my probation. Knowing good and well I would surely believed I would serve some serious prison time and lose my driving privileges for five (5) years. I made matters even worse for myself. I absconded for approximately 4 years and 2 months. I was ultimately rearrested on July 24, 2012 to answer to all my charges and crimes. I cannot begin to tell you how fortunate I was and how absolutely grateful I am that I had such a wonderful and equally dedicated Attorney, Robert Malove. Because of Robert’s hard work and intelligence, he maneuvered brilliantly through the criminal justice system. Ultimately, the felony DUI was reduced to a misdemeanor, Reckless Driving, and my driver’s license was not suspended. As for all the other charges, they were all dismissed, including the original charge of violation of probation. The entire experience was completely nerve wracking. I was filled with fear. Nonetheless, Robert stuck to my side through the thick of it. I will forever be grateful to Robert. I can’t say “Thank You” enough. If you are in a jam and don’t know who to call, I just want to tell you to look no further. Just call Robert Malove!

Excellent Attorney

The "VERY BEST" attorney I've encountered! Sadly, I have had some experiences with other attorney's, privately paid and public defenders. I retained Rob for my son's cases. He had 2 separate, very serious cases, in 2 separate counties. Needless to say, at first I got caught up with the "no call back,... no answers, not enough time for you" attorney and a paper pusher public defender. Until I was referred to Robett Malove! My son had a first violation on his probation and a second violation on community control, both due to drug use. Both in two separate counties, with the prosecutor trying their best to drag it out and play hard ball. But Rob, his firm and Carlos were in top of it all, including a nerve racked (probably bothersome) Mom! I am so thankful for their expertise and patience! My son and I are very thankful and grateful for the results they got for him! ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever! Rob definitely knows what he's doing! And most importantly stays a step ahead by knowing the system and how they work! You won't be sorry if you hire Rob to be on your side!
