Best Lawyer in Florida

I started looking for a lawyer due to my dv arrest. I will tell you that my experience with Attorney Robert Malove was outstanding. From the first call with James I knew that this is the team that I wanted to represent me. The Attorney Robert Malove was out of the county and he made sure to call me a...nd picked up all my phone calls. I was very nervous and anxious but hiring Attorney Robert Malove gave me so much peace. He has a lot of experience and has a strong presence in court. He is well known in south Florida court rooms. After he got me back with my family he worked very hard to get my case dismissed. He personally got involved writing certified letters and emails to Various government agencies on my behalf and got excellent results. He is currently working on my expungement and I am very confident that he will deliver great results. I am very pleased with him and his team James,Carlos and Katie. I did my research and experienced the results so please if you are in trouble like I was and want to get your life back give Robert Malove a chance and if you want my number so I can share in more details my story just have Robert give you my cell I be happy to tell you how many lawyers I spoke to and why I picked Robert. Mr maylove and the Dream Team really help me in my case fast simple easy trustworthy and affordable... to be honest I hired a different attorney before I hired them on my case and nothing was done I fired him and hired mr maylove and the Dream Team and they got the case dismissed fast I highly recom...mend thanks again God bless

Outstanding Dream Team.

I will highly recommend Robert Malove to anyone that's facing any situation with the law. I remember calling the office for the first time just asking questions and not knowing if all my question was answer, couple days later I received a phone called showing that they went above and beyond and resea...rching my husband case before hiring them. After few phone interview my husband and I decided to give them a chance to represent us. I've dealt with a lot of lawyers but Robert and his staff was a different ball game, They're good at communicating, returning phone calls, keeping you informed with all updates or any changes. My husband was charged with violating his probation. Prior to the violation of probation hearing the state extended an offer of 10-years in prison. The attorney NEVER advised us about this plea. The first time we became aware of it was at the violation of probation hearing and at that point the state took the plea off the table. They offered a new plea of 15-years in prison and out of frustration this plea was rejected and we tried to fire the attorney. The trial court did not allow the attorney to be fired and at the conclusion of the violation of probation hearing he was sentenced to 20-years in prison. we hired Robert Malove to review the case and determine if anything can be filed in a rule 3.850 motion. After reviewing the case Mr. Malove filed a 3.850 and an evidentiary hearing was granted. It was a tough hearing. But in the end the trial court granted the motion and found trial counsel was ineffective for failing to advise the defendant about the plea in a timely manner. The trail court vacated the 20-year sentence and re-sentenced my husband to 10-years in prison. Knowing he's almost home brings happy tears to my eyes. Thank you Robert, James, Cory, Carlos and even the secretary for all the good work and support that was provided. My advice, it pays to go with an experienced post-conviction attorney!

One if not the best lawyer in town

My brother was accused of some serious criminal charges. We hired a defense attorney in which we had confidence on after showing us that there were some strong evidence that could be used on my brother’s behalf on that case. We went to trial, my brother was handed a 10 years in state prison. The case... was appealed and denied. At that point the family had no hope. We were in contact with Mr. Robert Malove’s office, sat with the team and explained some errors found during sentencing: (evidence that weren’t used on my brother’s favor, critical information held back from defense, error on the score sheet...)Mr. Malove was then hired to represent my brother. After a hard work put in by Mr Malove’s team, my brother was resentenced was cut by 5 years and awarded credit for time served. I would strongly recommend Mr. Malove’s office, they pay great attention to details, aggressive law firm, not only looking at the money but also want to see justice is served fairly.
