A lawyer who fits till the end!

Robert Malove and his incredible team has been a savior for our family! My husband was facing a very complicated, emotional and stressful case where he was facing multiple years for a DUI and Rob and his team worked tirelessly for 2 years to get us the best results possible that we were happy with. E...ven after everything was all said and done and other complications arised, Rob was still just a phone call away. One if not the best lawyer in town

My brother was accused of some serious criminal charges. We hired a defense attorney in which we had confidence on after showing us that there were some strong evidence that could be used on my brother’s behalf on that case. We went to trial, my brother was handed a 10 years in state prison. The case... was appealed and denied. At that point the family had no hope. We were in contact with Mr. Robert Malove’s office, sat with the team and explained some errors found during sentencing: (evidence that weren’t used on my brother’s favor, critical information held back from defense, error on the score sheet...)Mr. Malove was then hired to represent my brother. After a hard work put in by Mr Malove’s team, my brother was resentenced was cut by 5 years and awarded credit for time served. I would strongly recommend Mr. Malove’s office, they pay great attention to details, aggressive law firm, not only looking at the money but also want to see justice is served fairly.

Very Experienced and Professional Defense Attorney

Our family was in need of an experienced attorney to represent our son. Understandably, we were fraught with worry about our son's future as it was a first offense and due to his age. After searching online and doing due diligence, we decided on Robert. He has the years and knowledge of Broward and ...Florida State courts that made us feel at ease. After calling Robert, he quickly set up a meeting with us to discuss our case. He quickly put us at ease and told us, he would handle it from there. That was a great feeling when you have trust in your attorney. It takes loads off your mind about the situation. In the coming months, Robert and his staff took care of any calendar calls, updates, etc. We were kept apprised of each step of the process and in the end, Robert and his associate, Carlos, were able to reach a deal with the State Attorney's office to reduce the felony charge to misdemeanor as well as have another charge dropped. My son had no time, no probation and only made restitution. What a great feeling to walk out of the courthouse knowing it was all behind us! Thanks to Robert, his staff and associate attorney and their great work. As part of our agreement, Robert offers to have the case sealed in future with no added fee.

Excellence!!!

No doubt I recommend and rate the Law Offices of Robert David Malove as top notch with five stars. As a government employee, I was apprehensive on losing my present position and on all the future law aggravations coming my way due to my poor judgement when I was charged with a Misdemeanor DUI. Besid...es fulfilling more than my expectations on the outcome of my case, Mr. Malove, Mr. Londoño & Mr. Sebastiano and in general all his staff, were always very respectful, cordial, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. They are all indeed law professionals, who make your case their business. They are always there for you; and, legally guide your steps until your court case is closed. Thanks to the Law Offices of David Malove my case was curtailed and is now closed successfully. Also, I was excused of more than one penalties as I followed and completed all the courts' requirements as instructed by Mr. Malone and staff. I am very grateful to my lawyers and the Court's Judge to be able to move forward from this ordeal. Restraining Order

Mr. Malove and his team have been extremely effective in helping get my case dismissed. When I was faced with a restraining order requested by my ex girlfriend who got it issued based on false statements she made, I retained Mr. Malove, and I am happy I did. His performance throughout the whole proce...ss and especially in court was spectacular. I absolutely would recommend this lawyer.
