One of the most Genuine lawyer in the business - Robert Malove

I have been incarcerated since April of 2013 and I am currently serving a 10-year sentence in Federal Prison. Throughout my time in prison. I have hired lawyers from five different firms of which Mr. Malove was the fifth. My prior representation included some of the best lawyers from the Washington D....C./ Maryland area, most of which were only interested in getting as much money from me as possible. I even paid one upwards of $350,000. By the time I was ready to hire a new lawyer to file my 2255 motion, I had already spent over $500,000. Consequently, as one could imagine, I became very leery when it comes to lawyers. Ultimately, I resorted to what most people do when they are at their wits' end, pray. I asked God to direct me to a good lawyer. I had already been locked up for five years at this time. I did not speak to anyone about the decision I was struggling with, to find a new attorney. One day, after attending my regular bible study, the meeting coordinator decided to pray for each of us at the table. When he got to me, he said, "God knows that you're having a hard time with a very important decision and that the answer was on its way." After returning to my housing unit, the guards gave me the daily mail, and in it was a letter from Mr. Malove's firm. Honestly, receiving that letter was a good sign, but I was still a bit apprehensive. My brother contact Mr. Malove's firm and they scheduled an attorney-client call. Naturally, based on my experience with all the other lawyers, my main concern was the cost. However, when I spoke with Mr. Malove, I proceeded to ask him about his fees and he gently responded, "Don't worry about the money, let's look at your situation in detail first." The mere fact that he was more eager to look into my case as opposed to looking into my pockets gave me a deep sense of comfort, and I knew for certain at that moment he was sent by God in response to my prayers. Of course, he would eventually charge me, but it was nothing compared to what the other lawyers charged. I have been working with Mr. Malove since 2018 (around 4 years), and I am still working with him presently. I have to say Mr. Malove, James, and the entire staff have been there throughout the entire with the same urgency and care they had in the beginning. Truly Godsend!!

Thanks to Robert Malove & Lindsay Lawrence, I have the chance to rebuild my life. I was seeking Post-Conviction Relief from a felony charge, a very difficult undertaking which absolutely NO lawyer in my Northwest Florida area would even consider. I was told “chances of winning are almost null”. N...ot for this Firm! Due to distance WE NEVER MET IN PERSON, but that did not stop them from WORKING HARD ON MY BEHALF. They were extremely diligent, understanding and above all else… SUCCESSFUL! They stood by their word, honored their promise to fight hard for me, were extremely professional and supportive along the whole process. I will be forever grateful and with all certainty would recommend this firm to anyone facing any type of criminal charges. They go above and beyond! )

Case Discharged Nolle Prosequi

I was facing being deported over a felony. There was an outstanding warrant with no bail. The Law Office of Robert Malove with Lindsay Lawrence leaving no stone unturned had my case and warrant discharged. They saved my life with my daughter. I can't thank them enough. I previously hired another atto...rney who failed so badly that the Judge demanded l surrender. I would've been deported! I spoke with so many attorneys all of them thought it was hopeless, not Robert Malove. Robert and Lindsay, we're very confident they could resolve my case despite the mess my last attorney left! I didn't have the money to pay upfront. They were kind enough to put me on a payment plan. Lindsay went to work on it straight away had my case resolved before l finished paying! The best Attorneys and staff

Just want to write a little something about The Law Offices of Robert David Malove. Our family used them very recently for our sibling. They were all very polite, and professional and knew how to explain the process of their litigations for our sibling's case. They worked diligently and did all they ...could and used all the legal processes they could in order to get the outcome that we got. They were able to get the sentence/plea bargain as low as they possibly and because of their ability to negotiate a more acceptable plea, we will not have to wait long to have our loved one home and with his family. Before The Law Offices of Robert David Malove got involved, the offer to plea was utterly rediculous and not acceptable. 50 years for a non-violent crime. My sibling isn't violent nor is he a high crime criminal. We are so grateful that the attorneys at The Law Offices of Robert David Malove were able to get that time reduced to a much lower number. We appreciate everything. We will get to see our loved one alot sooner, thanks to these amazing Attorneys. I would definitely use this Law office again if I needed to. A big Thank you to all the Attorneys and the rest of the staff working there, and a big Thank You to James, who was so very helpful and kind.

Domestic violence

As a civil lawyer I know how important it is to get a specialist in the legal area that you are dealing with. When a valued client was wrongly arrested on domestic violence charges and resisting arrest, we hired Mr. Malove to assist him because I do not practice criminal law. Mr. Malove and his ...staff provided above-and-beyond service, explaining the process along the way and providing a sympathetic ear and knowledgable guidance. Mr. Malove was on the phone with us on multiple occasions over a weekend, texting and answering questions. Every time we called him he answered the phone personally and answered all questions. He was knowledgable, compassionate and effective. He not only knew the law, but was able to explain it in an easy to understand way, and also explained the strategy behind certain decisions. I was able to observe him in court and he had a professional, quick thinking and effective demeanor that the judge responded to. Because of this he was basically able to get one of the charges dropped at the first appearance. Throughout the case Mr. Malove remained responsive and engaged despite handling numerous other higher penalty cases. In the end, all the charges were ultimately dismissed against my client because of Mr. Malove's expertise and his reputation in the legal community. There was no doubt in my mind that the prosecutor did not want to proceed on an iffy charge against such a powerful adversary. *Mr. Malove's paralegal/intake person was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable as well, as was his office staff. The intake person/paralegal returned our initial call within minutes and put us directly in contact with Mr. Malove on a Sunday morning. He was extremely compassionate and knowledgable in his own right. * Mr. Malove also worked within the confines of the restrictions in place due to Covid, and worked with the alleged victim (who never wanted to press charges and told the officers they were mistaken in making the arrest) to obtain an affidavit from the alleged victim that lead to the dismissal of the charges.
