Excellence!!!

No doubt I recommend and rate the Law Offices of Robert David Malove as top notch with five stars. As a government employee, I was apprehensive on losing my present position and on all the future law aggravations coming my way due to my poor judgement when I was charged with a Misdemeanor DUI. Besid...es fulfilling more than my expectations on the outcome of my case, Mr. Malove, Mr. Londoño & Mr. Sebastiano and in general all his staff, were always very respectful, cordial, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. They are all indeed law professionals, who make your case their business. They are always there for you; and, legally guide your steps until your court case is closed. Thanks to the Law Offices of David Malove my case was curtailed and is now closed successfully. Also, I was excused of more than one penalties as I followed and completed all the courts' requirements as instructed by Mr. Malone and staff. I am very grateful to my lawyers and the Court's Judge to be able to move forward from this ordeal. Kudos to Mr. Robert David Malone, Mr. Carlos Londoño and all the staff in the Law Office of Robert David Malove.

Robert David Malove is a prime example of what an excellent attorney should be. I didn't worry much with Robert on the case representing my son. He was able to get the charges reduced from DUI to reckless driving. He knows all of the ins and outs of his craft and is highly experienced. His staff ...is excellent, hard working support, for a common goal..to help you. He is a genuinely good hearted person that is straight forward and will tell you exactly what's going on. I highly recommend Robert Malove for your legal needs.

My Champion

On May 10, 2008, I was arrested on my 3rd DUI. I was not guilty! I was a single father and I had a really good, well paying government job. Five (5) charges in total were leveled against me. 1. Felony DUI. 2. Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test. 3. Driver’s License Suspension 1st Offens...e. 4. Failure to Drive in a Single Lane. 5. Running a Stop Sign. Subsequently, I was on probation for my 2nd DUI offense. Adding to my miserable situation, I violated the terms and condition of my probation. Adding an additional charge and a warrant for my arrest for violating my probation. Knowing good and well I would surely believed I would serve some serious prison time and lose my driving privileges for five (5) years. I made matters even worse for myself. I absconded for approximately 4 years and 2 months. I was ultimately rearrested on July 24, 2012 to answer to all my charges and crimes. I cannot begin to tell you how fortunate I was and how absolutely grateful I am that I had such a wonderful and equally dedicated Attorney, Robert Malove. Because of Robert’s hard work and intelligence, he maneuvered brilliantly through the criminal justice system. Ultimately, the felony DUI was reduced to a misdemeanor, Reckless Driving, and my driver’s license was not suspended. As for all the other charges, they were all dismissed, including the original charge of violation of probation. The entire experience was completely nerve wracking. I was filled with fear. Nonetheless, Robert stuck to my side through the thick of it. I will forever be grateful to Robert. I can’t say “Thank You” enough. If you are in a jam and don’t know who to call, I just want to tell you to look no further. Just call Robert Malove!

The Savior

Its been a long, rough ,crazy journey and its finally came to rest . Last summer I was driving from a bar and ended up in a real bad car accident, totaling 2 cars and sending 3 people to the hospital. I was questioned, performed the sobriety test and immediately arrested under the suspicion of a DUI.... THeres no way in hell I was going to get out of this. It was the biggest downfall in my life. I just graduated and began my new career in the medical field. I absolutely knew at that point my future was set in stone and my life was over. I didn’t know what to do until God placed my life in the hands of Rob and Carlos. It was going to be a tough battle so I needed a law firm of great caliber, one that had experience and success. This was it. I told them my situation and they were compassionate and knew how important it was to get my life back together. The judge didn’t want to give me the plea for minimum DUI. He wanted me in jail!. With their expertise and strategy we decided to take this to trial and fight. They could see that I was wrongfully accused and needed to prove my innocence. Literally the day before the trial , Rob and Carlos somehow worked their magic and got me no jail time, and no DUI!!!! I could not believe it. I am forever thankful to Robert Malove and Carlos Londono for getting my life back. If anyone is reading this and can’t decide which law firm to choose, the answer is right here right now. DAVID AGAINST GOLIATH

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I write this review regarding my personal experience after retaining the legal services of Mr. Robert David Malove and his brilliant legal team which includes Mr. Carlos, Attorney at law and Mr. James, Paralegal, who were always there to answer all my ques...tions. In 2006 I found myself in a car crash in Broward County, Fl. Although, no one was hurt and the other party wanted nothing to do with the accident and told the police they just needed to go on their way and they did… I was arrested and charged with: No proof of insurance, Fail to display registration, Too fast for conditions, DUI Property Damage/Injury and REFUSE to SUBMIT BLOOD/BREATH TEST for a second time within a 5 year period; Charge which demands severe time in jail. I felt I was not at fault and hired a famous law firm to defend me. They charged me an enormous fee and treated me like trash. They were not able to close the case, as I refused to claim myself guilty as they were begging me plea. From that moment on my life went on a downward spiral. Gradually I lost my Assets and even my job. The case remained open for ten years. The firm went out of business and left 2 attorneys, (a man and a woman) to conclude the case. By the seventh year, the state suspended my driver license and put a $50,000 Arrest warrant against me. I contacted the lady and she refused to help me. The other attorney, a young man, charged me thousands more and then, disappeared without doing any work. Leaving me with no money and no license + the warrants. By the tenth year, finally, God heard my prayers and I found Mr. MALOVE through the Internet. I set up an appointment and from the very first visit he was very attentive and was also, very considerate with his fees. Within a few days of retaining his services, Mr. Malove, had the state remove the warrants; Within a few more days he got my license re-instated. I did not even have to go to the DMV office because his office handled all of it. Shortly thereafter he was able to conclude the case with a very favorable resolution for me. Nearing a miracle, he was also, able to keep me out of jail. For his great work, my family and I are forever grateful. When I first read the letter from the state, showing: STATE of FLORIDA VS ME; I felt that a GOLIATH was against me. But, I thank God every day for sending me a DAVID to fight for my rights... If you are looking for legal defense, I highly recommend with confidence, the Law offices of Mr. Robert David Malove.
