My experience with Robert Malove

Having never been in any legal difficulty before, you can imagine the sinking feeling I had when I received a call from the FBI. Being told that you are a target in a criminal investigation takes the breath right out of you. I was referred to Robert Malove through a mutual friend and was glad to have... his representation through the entire process. With Robert’s guidance, we were able to navigate through a difficult process with a very tough prosecutor who gave no ground. While the other defendants received 4 and 12 year sentences, Robert was able to get me off with probation. Any other outcome would have destroyed my life. If you have any legal difficulties, call Robert Malove immediately. Thank you again Robert for your help and friendship.

The Finest Lawyer in South Florida!!

There is no finer attorney in South Florida! In 2005 I got in serious trouble and thought I would be going to prison. Fortunate for me I hired Mr. Malove. His in-depth knowledge of the criminal law combined with his masterful courtroom litigation skills achieved me an end result that I could only hav...e prayed for. Mr. Malove not only kept me out of jail but got me an adjudicated withheld verdict. I will always be grateful to him!!

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Malove is an outstanding attorney! He is extremely knowledgeable, knows every aspect of his field and is professional yet knows his limitations. If there is an area that he feels he is not an expert he will consult an expert in that area to assure you always have the best defense. You will always... know all of your options as well as what is in your best interest. Beyond all of that, he managed every part of my life and guided me through much more than just my legal problems. My family was very demanding throughout these issues and he had a way of making all of us feel secure and know at all times, we had the best attorney on our side!!!

DUI Attorney of Excellence

After sustaining a very serious felony DUI arrest, I called Robert Malove for help. He agreed to represent me while acknowledging that my case presented difficult challenges and that there could be severe penalties including incarceration. His thorough, frank and honest advice of what I might expect ...as to my defense and possible outcome, gave me and my family a strong sense of confidence that I would be well represented. Throughout a myriad of legal twists and turns he advised, guided, and supported me, my spouse and family. We listened. We followed his advice. On my day in court, Robert had prepared the best possible defense, and had helped prepare us emotionally for what ever might happen. The result was beyond expectations. No incarceration! My family and I rejoiced. We are forever grateful for both his legal expertise and the manner in which he helped turn what could have been a paralyzing family experience into a life renewing experience for myself, my family, and our future. Would I hire Robert Malove again? You bet! Would I recommend Robert Malove? Without hesitation!

Pick anyone else but Malove

Do not hire Robert Malove...he does not keep you informed, does not answer your questions, then says he will call you and doesn't. You have to keep calling or emailing him to get the answers you need and ultimately he never came through and another attorney had to be hired.
