Excellent Law Firm

I was charged with a crime and hired a lawyer recommended by a friend. He seemed fine at first but we started moving towards trial without conducting a forensic investigation to clear my name. We then held multiple meetings discussing the appeals process. It was then I decided to research a bit and... to my surprise he was not experienced in handling these charges. I quickly ran to the internet and started researching lawyers experienced and board certified trial attorney and I found Robert Malove. The legal fees were not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but seemed to be about market price. Robert Malove seemed to be knowledgeable and has the right team around him to be get the job done. He consulted with a very thorough and exacting digital forensics expert and along with everyone else involved my case was resolved in the most favorable way imaginable. They provided outstanding services. All meetings we had were as long as they needed to be and no more. All of my questions and concerned were addressed. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Time Served!

The Malove Law Firm was a tremendous help for me in my case. After I had served nearly 16 years in Florida state prison I was finally released due to the diligent work of the lawyers and paralegals who work at the firm. I was granted a resentencing and resentenced to time served. It was an amazing fe...eling walking out prison and into freedom. Now I am enjoying life! I am thankful for the all the help that the firm provided to me and would definitely recommend hiring them to fight for yours or your loved one's freedom as well.

thank god for this lawyer!!

A long time ago I had an attorney fighting my case who told me never would I ever be able to get my record sealed/expunged because of my past Good thing I found this lawyer who knows exactly what he is doing and got my record sealed and so many opportunities back for me. I know it was a smaller ca...se, no trial or anything crazy, but this lawyer and his associates get what needs to be done, done. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Great Office

In February 2023, we hired Robert Malove to appeal my partner's case after a shocking guilty verdict, on a case that had no physical evidence and so many things wrong throughout the case. So many bizarre things occurred, that resulted in her getting wrongfully convicted. Afterward, she felt desperat...e, and it was our decision to hire an attorney to appeal it, based on what was happening. Mr. Malove's team went right to work, and they reassured her they would do everything they could to help her. They put in several hours of their time and were always available if she had questions. In April of 2023, the judge sentenced the felony as withhold after she completes probation. Her worst fear, a felony adjudication, was off the table. Her original attorney agreed that they would take the appeal instead. They felt bad about losing and want to make it right. The case was not handled properly by the original attorneys, but we are hopeful they can win in an appeal. As such, we no longer required Mr. Robert Malove's assistance. They were nothing but happy for my partner and graciously refunded almost 85% of her retainer, unheard of. I highly recommend Robert Malove for any and all of your legal needs. The staff is amazing, something we don't usually get, especially during these times.

Best attorney of all time!!! 3 felonies, 2 misdemeanors ALL DROPPED IN 36 HOURS!!! The Best...

Last month I had the unfortunate situation of being falsely accused for domestic violence. My ex-girlfriend, who struggles with alcohol abuse, was coming off a 3 day alcohol bender. After going on a drunken tirade of yelling, cursing and disrupting the neighborhood I finally asked her to leave. She... told me if I made her leave she would call the police. As I was walking out the door she was on the phone with 911 telling them I beat her up and threatened her with a gun. It was so ridiculous that I didn’t take it serious… until the police showed up with guns pointed at me. I was handcuffed and thrown into a police car in front of all my neighbors. I couldn’t believe the police just blindly took my ex-girlfriend’s story without questioning any of the lies she told about me. Still, I was not overly worried as I was confident somebody with common sense would realize her story was a complete fabrication. I was completely wrong!! They believed every word she said and kept me in the county jail for 3 days. I don’t need to tell you this was an unpleasant experience. When I was finally had my initial appearance I was horrified to learn I was charged with 3 felonies and 2 misdemeanors, including Domestic Battery by Strangulation and Assault with a deadly weapon. My bail was set at $35,000… I was in a panic. I decided to hire a local lawyer who was a former prosecutor. Over the next 10 days this lawyer would only talk over the phone, was always too busy to talk, and never returned any of my calls. I called the lawyer on a Saturday to discuss something important and was told not to bother him/her on the weekend I knew I made a mistake. I began immediately began researching lawyers and found Robert Malove, the greatest lawyer of all time!!!!!! He took my call on a Saturday, during which, he listened to my entire story and told me exactly what he would do and laid out a strategy moving forward. He spoke to me on the phone for hours and even had a follow up call the next day on Sunday. I could not believe the difference between Mr. Malove and my prior attorney. I immediately started to feel better and finally felt like I had someone in my corner fighting for me!!! After reviewing the documentation Mr. Malove come to the conclusion my ex-girlfriend’s story made no sense and was full of holes. With complete confidence Mr. Malove developed a strategy. He sat down with me and went over every detail of the police report, pointing out dozens of contradictions in her story, as well as, the various mistakes made by the police. Mr. Malove was fully confident he could expose all of these lies and contradictions during a sworn deposition. He would essentially lock my ex-girlfriend into her side of story, which he would then be able to pick apart during my trial. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt about my future. Mr. Malove had ALL OF THE CHARGES DROPPED WITHIN 36 HOURS of me retaining him as my attorney. From being wrongly accused, having my ex-girlfriend tell lies about me, to having the police lie about me (and yes some of them will lie), to be arrested, thrown in jail, etc., to having all charges dropped within 36 HOURS of meeting him??? This is the most amazing lawyer I have ever seen. I can’t say enough good things about Robert Malove. If you get into any trouble at all… JUST HIRE HIM!!!!!! In conclusion I cannot thank MR ROBERT DAVID MALOVE and his staff enough for their professionalism and integrity. His law office mission is HELPING PEOPLE DEFEND THEIR FREEDOM AND GET THEIR LIVES BACK ON TRACK AND THAT”S EXACTLY WHAT HE DID!!!!!
