Review and Compliment

The Robert Malove team worked tirelessly to clear my name of a fallacious charge drawn out of thin air by people whose only interest was to seize my rightfully owned property by deceitful means. With Robert Malove's help, the State Attorney dismissed the charge on the spot. While the case was di...smissed the baseless charge remained on my record. Yes, a totally baseless and poorly fabricated lie remains on one's record even if the case is completely dismissed. Robert Malove expunged the charge from my record after surmounted obstacle after obstacle with his good standing at the 11th District Court and State Attorney's Office. Today I proudly stand with a clean record that many politicians would envy. The only thing on there now is a ticket I received in 1978 for not having a magnetic sign on the side door of the commercial vehicle I was driving. Back then that was an ordinance violation and was not stricken from the record. The Robert Malove team even closed that one as though it never happened. It still shows up though. Maybe one day they'll take it down? Robert Malove removed the baseless felony charge, that's what is important to me. There are many attorneys out there who are more than willing to whack the hornet's nest and if that's appealing to you choose them. But if you're seriously interested in winning by stealthily circumnavigating the painful sting of a free for all, choose the man of peaceful victory. Choose Robert Malove.

Excellent Job

It was so stressful and nerve ranking to be charge with an offense but Robert and his team reassured me and was able to have the charge dismissed. Excellent Law Firm

I was charged with a crime and hired a lawyer recommended by a friend. He seemed fine at first but we started moving towards trial without conducting a forensic investigation to clear my name. We then held multiple meetings discussing the appeals process. It was then I decided to research a bit and... to my surprise he was not experienced in handling these charges. I quickly ran to the internet and started researching lawyers experienced and board certified trial attorney and I found Robert Malove. The legal fees were not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but seemed to be about market price. Robert Malove seemed to be knowledgeable and has the right team around him to be get the job done. He consulted with a very thorough and exacting digital forensics expert and along with everyone else involved my case was resolved in the most favorable way imaginable. They provided outstanding services. All meetings we had were as long as they needed to be and no more. All of my questions and concerned were addressed. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Great Office

In February 2023, we hired Robert Malove to appeal my partner's case after a shocking guilty verdict, on a case that had no physical evidence and so many things wrong throughout the case. So many bizarre things occurred, that resulted in her getting wrongfully convicted. Afterward, she felt desperat...e, and it was our decision to hire an attorney to appeal it, based on what was happening. Mr. Malove's team went right to work, and they reassured her they would do everything they could to help her. They put in several hours of their time and were always available if she had questions. In April of 2023, the judge sentenced the felony as withhold after she completes probation. Her worst fear, a felony adjudication, was off the table. Her original attorney agreed that they would take the appeal instead. They felt bad about losing and want to make it right. The case was not handled properly by the original attorneys, but we are hopeful they can win in an appeal. As such, we no longer required Mr. Robert Malove's assistance. They were nothing but happy for my partner and graciously refunded almost 85% of her retainer, unheard of. I highly recommend Robert Malove for any and all of your legal needs. The staff is amazing, something we don't usually get, especially during these times.
